After seeing Carol’s younger brother in Sincero, we headed back to Amagi Castle.
Yesterday, with things like the Celestial Peerage and succession rights to the Celestial Emperor, everyone, including myself, was panicking, so I completely forgot about it, but I have a souvenir for Sayuri-sama.
So, I asked His Highness Elis to call Sayuri-sama.
“Welcome. I’ve heard the results of the International conference, but it’s turned out rather interesting.”
“It’s not interesting at all. While Mana is one thing, I have nothing to do with it.”
“Since you’ll be marrying Mana and are also engaged to Yuri, it’s not particularly strange. So, what brings you here today? Actually, why didn’t you call me yesterday?”
I suppose it would have been normal to meet her at Amagi Castle yesterday since Sayuri-sama was there.
“No, there were just too many things happening yesterday, I completely forgot about it.”
“Well, I can understand how you feel. But from a conversational standpoint, it makes sense. And when Rest turns ten, the situation will change, so you won’t actually become Celestial Emperor, will you, Yamato-kun?”
“That’s what they say, and I understand there’s a succession issue, but honestly, I don’t see why it has to be me.”
“I thought something similar, and apparently Kazushi-san did too.”
Ah, that’s right, Kazushi-san was a Royal Consort.
Kazushi-san is a guest who transferred to Aura Island. At that time, Aura Island was comprised of three countries.
There were apparently constant skirmishes, and Kazushi-san, being a guest, was repeatedly targeted. At that time, Kazushi-san lived in the country closest to the Golud Great Glacier. However, that very country attempted to control Kazushi-san using subjugation magic, which led Kazushi-san to decide to leave Aura Island. He boarded an Ice Rock, with which he had formed a familiar contract with his close companions, and headed for Amister, which was then the largest nation of the Helios Orb.
There, he met Shinichi, another guest who had transferred around the same time. Although they didn’t form a Raid party, they worked together as Hunters. During that time, he met Lady Eliel, who was then a countess. I believe the trigger was when he saved Eliel from a monster attack? After that, Eliel also became a Hunter and hunted alongside Kazushi-san. In a few years, they evolved to High Class and Ancient Class, and then they got married.
However, the year after Kazushi-san and Eliel got married, the Demise Species Slume Lord appeared on Aura Island and swiftly annihilated the country that had tried to subjugate Kazushi-san. Perhaps satisfied with destroying the country, the Slume Lord retreated to Seryado Volcano. However, the remaining two countries did not remain silent. They dispatched troops to seize the territory of the destroyed country, and through their own military clashes and monster attacks, both countries lost soldiers. Nevertheless, they did not back down and eventually aimed to unify Aura Island.
Upon hearing this news, Kazushi-san, with Eliel’s cooperation, decided to return to Aura Island. Eliel had just inherited the count’s title, but she directly appealed to the King at the time and, after returning her noble title and territory, accompanied him. By then, both Kazushi-san and Eliel had evolved to the Ancient Class, so it didn’t take long to defeat the two royal families, and the founding of Torencia apparently went smoothly. Then, from His Majesty the King of Amister, who received their report, they were granted the country name Torencia Phantom Kingdom. Eliel was enthroned as the first Queen, completely unifying Aura Island. Kazushi-san also contributed to the establishment of the Father’s Guild and focused all his efforts on stabilizing public order. It was around this time that Yukari transferred near Bestia, which was under construction, as I recall.
According to Sayuri-sama, Kazushi-san was supposed to be enthroned as the first King. However, the countries that ruled Aura Island at the time were all ruled by male kings, and they were all tyrants or incompetent rulers. Therefore, Kazushi-san argued that it was not desired for a man to rule Aura Island, and had Eliel enthroned. I have heard that the Phantom Kings of Torencia have been Queens for generations because of this. Even so, Kazushi-san, as the Royal Consort, could not remain uninvolved in politics, which is why he did not assume the position of Grand Father’s Master, she continued.
“I’ve brought you a souvenir for Grandma Sayuri today, which I couldn’t give you yesterday.”
“A souvenir for me? I receive them often, so it’s not unusual, but I’m still happy.”
It’s true that I’ve given her souvenirs often before, but I can confidently say that today’s is on a completely different level.

“Then, please look at this water.”
“I will. ‘Investing.’ You can’t be serious!?”
The moment she used Investing, Sayuri-sama became extremely flustered.
“Yamato-kun! Where did you get this!?”
“I got it on the 8th Level of the Krater Labyrinth. It’s a forest-level, and there are a few ponds or springs there. The water in about two of them was like this.”

When Mako told her where the pure water was, Sayuri-sama started muttering to herself. Well, it was water she had been searching for for many years, and its discovery in a labyrinth meant it was almost certainly on the Philia Continent, and specifically on Aura Island where the Krater Labyrinth is located. It’s understandable that she would be shocked, given that she had been searching all over the Philia Continent.
“It’s not a miss, per se. You can’t possibly explore a place like the Golud Great Glacier, can you?”
“That’s true… No, that doesn’t matter. Thank you, this is the best souvenir!”
Sayuri-sama, acting uncharacteristically young, huffed… *cough* she carefully stored the containers in her own storage. It benefits us too, so this is no problem at all.
“I’ll use it immediately at the next International conference. After testing it, of course.”
“Leave the tasting to us.”
“We’re ready anytime.”
“Yes, please do.”
We, myself and Mako, readily volunteered to taste it for the International conference, and Sayuri-sama readily accepted. Alright, I might be invited to eat ramen soon. It’s unlikely to be today, but if things go quickly, I might be invited tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it.

After Yamato-sama, Prim-sama, Mana-sama, Yuri-sama, Mako-sama, Raus-kun, Rebecca-san, Carol-sama, Reina-chan, and Seras-sama returned from Count Bernstein’s Territory and then Amagi Castle, various Crafters of Wing Crest gathered at Alka’s Crafting Hall.
“The Celestial Globes are decided to be processed using the magic stones of the Orc Empress, Dreadnought, and Rudra Foul. Dreadnought and Rudra Foul are awaiting disassembly, but the Orc Empress’s magic stone has been brought over, so processing this into a Tenma Stone will be the top priority.”
“The magic to be imbued is Telekinetic Magic and Barrier Magic, the same as Aria’s Celestial Globes, so it’s not that difficult.”
The Celestial Globes I use are even published by the Crafter’s Guild, but to actually use them, a Tenma Stone centered around a high-rank monster’s magic stone is essential. And at least a High Class person must imbue the magic for them to be usable. Celestial Globes are weapons, so they’ll actually be used by Hunters or Ritters. However, they have almost no melee weapons, so only those called Magi who attack from the rear with magic will use them, and very few of them exist. The performance is tremendous, so nobles or Traders might have them for self-defense. Oh, Ritter is a collective term for Order, Father, Dragoon, Beastar, Phaser, and Soldier. The collective term for the six knight guilds is Ritter’s Guild, but it’s just a collective term, so there is no Grand Ritter’s Master. That role is apparently filled by the Grand Order’s Master.
“Processing the Orc Empress’s magic stone will probably be the most troublesome part.”
“Well, when it comes to processing the Tenma Stone for Celestial Globes, only Flam can do it.”
“Y-you mean me?”
Flam-san seemed flustered when the conversation turned to her. I empathize with her, though it can’t be helped.
“I’m sorry about this, but Flam, you can use both Fusion Magic and Imbuing Magic, and you’ve even evolved into an Ancient Undine, so there’s no one more suited than you.”
“Indeed, the Celestial Globes of Aria-chan, Reina, and Ciel-sama also use Tenma Stones processed by Flam-san.”
As Marina-san and Fina-san said, there are no other Crafters in Wing Crest who can use both Fusion Magic and Imbuing Magic besides Flam-san. To use two types of Bestowed Magic, one needs to have evolved to High Class. Therefore, even looking at the Crafter’s Guild as a whole, there are few Crafters who can use both Fusion Magic and Imbuing Magic simultaneously.
“I-it’s true, but I never imagined I’d end up processing the magic stone of a Demise Species…”
“It can’t be helped. Yamato and Ed could do it, but the performance is better when using Fusion Magic.”
Bestowed Magic Fusion Magic is magic to fuse different magics into one. Fusing different magics is more efficient in terms of magic power and improves magic performance compared to using them separately. Therefore, when processing Tenma Stones, the desired magic is fused using Fusion Magic, and then imbued using Bestowed Magic Imbuing Magic. There is also an imbuing magic called Infringing in Craft Magic, but I heard that it can only imbue one magic at a time, and moreover, it cannot be re-imbued. Therefore, the Bestowed Magic Imbuing Magic Multi-Ring, which allows for retries, is apparently well-known among Crafters as a magic they absolutely want to use.

Even so, this is the first time processing a Demise Species’ magic stone, so it’s understandable that Flam-san is nervous.
“The metal material is Lapis Laz, but what monster material will be used?”
“For the mantles, the Celestial Emperor will use Imperial Crawler, and the Three Kings and Three Dukes will use Royal Crawler.”
Crawler debris as mantle material. Well, not only the example of Eliel, Torencia’s Mother of the Nation, but Emperor Reinhardt has also evolved into an Ancient Elf. Therefore, it is confirmed that at least materials from P-rank monsters will be used. Currently, Emperor Reinhardt, who will be enthroned as Celestial Emperor, and Empress Hildegard of Torencia have evolved to the Ancient Class. However, there’s no guarantee that those who evolve to the Ancient Class in the future won’t ascend to the throne, so this is understandable.
“Regarding that monster material, the Celestial Emperor uses an O-rank monster, the Three Kings use A-rank monsters, and the Three Dukes use M-rank monsters, right?”
“That’s what we heard, but since we’ve also hunted Dreadnought, Pentaceratops, and Death Crimson, the Three Dukes will probably use A-rank monster materials too?”
“Ah, that’s right. There aren’t many of them, but they are large monsters, especially Dreadnought, which is over 50 meters. So, one should be enough.”
I heard that Dreadnought and Pentaceratops will each be offered. Are they using those to create royal authority? Also, the story was that an O-rank monster would be used for the Celestial Emperor’s royal authority, but haven’t we hunted any such monsters?
“We’ll be using the Slume Lord offered from Torencia.”
Rudia-san answered my question, but they’re using the Slume Lord? Indeed, the Slume Lord is a Demise Species O-A rank monster, so it’s the best material. However, the Slume Lord is also the mother of Shirayuki, who became Mako’s summon, so I feel a bit conflicted.
“Lapis Laz and Dreadnought, huh.”
“Yeah. However, since Grand Leve’s Celestial Globe is based on wings, I’m also thinking of using Rudra Foul, Diamond Feather, and if possible, Ignis Bird.”
The three countries, Amister, Torencia, and Grand Leve, use Celestial Globes as their royal authority. Amister has a scepter and single-handed straight sword, and Torencia has the great scythe favored by the first Queen Eliel. However, Grand Leve only has Celestial Globes, so they are putting a lot of effort into the decoration. Grand Leve is located at the foot of the Temellario Great Sky Wall, and I’ve heard that there are many bird-type monsters on the Great Sky Wall, so they decided to incorporate wing motifs into their Celestial Globes.
“Ah, there was that too. But it’s a royal authority, so it’ll be flashy, won’t it?”
“Of course. It has strong ceremonial significance, but that doesn’t mean we can eliminate practicality, so it’ll be quite difficult.”
Certainly, as they are symbolic weapons representing the nation, practicality is as important as ceremonial significance.
“Both are important, but is it really okay for us to decide the design?”
“It’s better that way to avoid arguments. And as a side note, I’ve been asked if I’d like to publish the data in my Engraving Tool as a design collection.”
Publishing a design collection? Certainly, the drawings in Yamato-sama’s Engraving Tool are precise and highly practical, so it’s understandable that a publishing offer would come.
“Finally, or rather, it’s finally here. But both Yamato and Ed are bad at drawing, so should I do it?”
“It’s a bit presumptuous, but can you?”
“Leave it to me.”
Rudia-san is also good at drawing, so she’s a suitable candidate. However, only Yamato-san and Mako-san can use Engraving Tools, so it will likely take some time until it is published.
