Upon receiving the report from Raus and Carol of Wing Crest, I immediately gathered five High Orders who could move swiftly and teleported to Mistol.
Thanks to Yamato, I’ve also learned Traveling, and it’s a real lifesaver.
When we arrived in Mistol, the battle had already begun, and Wing Crest seemed to be fighting on the front lines.
Looking in the direction of the Gagun Great Forest, I could see a large barrier deployed, so that must be their battlefield.
Currently, Mistol is dealing with monsters that have leaked from that barrier, and I heard that the Beastar’s Master and Hunter’s Master have also joined the fray.
Most of the monsters are S-rank, but there are also G-rank ones, and occasionally P-rank monsters mixed in.
And that’s a P-R rank Spinosaurus. It’s a rare species of Allosaurus, a ferocious dragon-type that shoots countless fiery thorns from the fins on its back and approaches with tremendous speed.
Its body is massive, so the Beastars and Hunters are struggling to attack, or rather, they’re hesitant. If left unchecked, it could cause significant damage, not to mention collapse the front lines.
I drew my sword, infused it with Physique Ring and Mana Ring, and used Scaffolding to charge toward the Spinosaurus.
Flying would have been an option, but it makes using my sword and shield difficult, so I rarely use it. Of course, I want to fly with my own wings, but this isn’t the time to indulge that, so I didn’t hesitate.
I infused my sword with elemental magic, turning it into a greatsword, and sliced off the Spinosaurus’s head as I passed by.
I evolved into an Ancient Harpy at the Kragen battle, and during that battle, I also fought and defeated Antlion Princesses and Antlion Queens. So, even with a giant body, a P-R rank isn’t a particularly difficult opponent.

“The Spinosaurus… in one blow?”
“No way…”
For ordinary Beastars and Hunters, defeating it would require a great deal of effort, and even a High Class couldn’t defeat it in one blow. That’s why everyone is surprised by the result I’ve brought.
“I am Associate Order’s Master Miranda Achtfllügel. Are the Beastar’s Master or Hunter’s Master present?”
Although I came to provide assistance, I still need to inform the Beastar’s Master and Hunter’s Master, so I introduced myself, troublesome as it may be.
By the way, the Achtfllügel surname was bestowed upon me by His Majesty when I was appointed Associate Order’s Master. Rex, who was appointed Grand Order’s Master, is the eldest son of the prestigious Fallhait family, so he was not granted one.

“Not just Wing Crest, but the Order’s Guild has also sent an Ancient Class as reinforcement!?”
I’m very sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Wing Crest was already in Mistol, so I am the only Ancient Class dispatched here, and only five High Orders accompanied me.
Emperor Reinhardt did send me to Mistol and four Ancient Classes, including the Grand Order’s Master, to Laofen. However, Wing Crest was already in Mistol, and Laofen was considered to be lacking in combat power, so over thirty Orders were dispatched there.
With Wing Crest already present, even O-rank monsters could be dealt with in small numbers, so it was judged that sending too much force would be pointless.
“Associate Order’s Master, we are grateful for your aid from afar.”
A female Hunter from Tigari was immediately called and came. She is the Hunter’s Master of Mistol.
“No, I apologize for the delay. By the way, where is the Beastar’s Master?”
“The Beastar’s Master is currently evacuating residents. I have informed them that reinforcements have arrived, but the number of monsters is overwhelming.”
Evacuating residents. Given that over a thousand monsters were approaching, that’s understandable.
“I see. Then I will pay my respects to the Beastar’s Master once they are finished.”
I can’t afford to be leisurely with greetings, so I need to wrap this up quickly.
“Hunter’s Master, I will engage the monsters alone, and the High Orders will fight in teams of five.”

The High Orders accompanying me have an average level of 53, so if we all work together, we can definitely handle a P-R rank Spinosaurus. I don’t know about anything stronger, but Yamato and the others seem to be handling the Anomaly Species and Catastrophe Species, so it’s unlikely more than one or two will come this way. The M-U rank Dragonian is something to be wary of, but I don’t think Yamato and the others would overlook that either.

Including myself, we are only six reinforcements. But I am confident in our elite skills, and with Wing Crest here, not a single finger will be laid on the town of Mistol.
I surveyed my surroundings, wielding my Lapis Lazuli Silver sword and shield, crafted by the previous King Aiver himself, and turned my gaze to the barrier created by Wing Crest.

How long has it been since the battle began?
As the numbers dwindled, I had the opportunity to check the kill count with Questing. The number of defeated monsters was 954.
Since the total number was over 1,000, I believe we have almost finished defeating all the monsters that overflowed from the Labyrinth Overflow.
Both Athena and I engaged in full dragon form for the subjugation, and our Dragon Resonance Magic with Yamato and Mana was also completed, so the results are excellent.
We weren’t unscathed, of course, but Mako’s healing magic, Extra Healing, fully cured us, allowing us to return to human form without any particular issues.
“It’s not exactly exactly 1,000, but even with this many defeated, Mistol should be able to avoid damage.”
“Besides, the Order has sent reinforcements, so even more so.”
I believe Mana and Meena are right.
The monsters trapped within Mako’s Field Cosmos have already been annihilated, but there were 63 Anomaly Species and 26 Catastrophe Species. We took on all of those, so the Hunters and Beastars protecting Mistol should have only had to deal with up to P-R rank monsters at best.
“There are also Spinosaurus, so even so, I imagine it’s troublesome.”
“Well, they’re more troublesome than some Anomaly Species. Still, there were High Hunters and High Beastars, and they had alloy weapons, so they should have been able to defeat them.”
Yamato and Mako are right about that too. All of Wing Crest’s weapons, including my own Lapis Light Valdish, are made of an alloy called Lapis Lazuli Silver. The alloy was a technology proposed by Yamato and perfected by Edward. It has already spread throughout the Philia Continent, and High Classes use either Jade Silver, based on Magic Silver, or Blue-Gray Iron, based on Adamantine Steel.
Not only are they superior to Magic Silver and Adamantine Steel in performance, but their main characteristic is that they can withstand the magic power of not only High Classes but also Ancient Classes, allowing them to be used without worrying about magical fatigue or degradation. As a result, the combat power of High Classes has increased significantly, and they can now defeat monsters up to M-I rank with a few High Classes.
“Then I’ll deactivate it.”

Mako deactivated Field Cosmos.
This time, even while inside the barrier, I didn’t feel any particular difference from the outside. However, it is said that the A-rank Engraving Magic that Yamato and Mako favor has the effect of making the inside and outside of the barrier invisible. Field Cosmos also possesses this characteristic, but it seems it wasn’t necessary to use it this time.
“Then, shall we return to Mistol?”
“Yes. I think it’s fine, but let’s hurry.”
The fact that the Order has sent reinforcements is only our assumption. Although most of the monsters were S-rank, with occasional P-rank ones, the number of monsters that slipped through is more than a hundred. So, there’s a possibility that the battle is still ongoing. Therefore, we decided to hurry back to Mistol.
Everyone else is riding their familiars or summoned beasts, but Dragonians like Athena and I do not receive Familiar Magic or Summoning Magic. So, Athena is riding with Yamato on Jade, and I am riding with Flam on Flow.
“It seems Mistol is finished too.”
“Yeah.”
When we arrived in Mistol, the battle was already over. Even Mako’s Field Cosmos couldn’t contain all the monsters, so many inevitably escaped. However, from what I can see, the town itself is unharmed, and it seems that no Hunters or Beastars have died.
“Oh, the Order is here too.”
“You’re right. And is that Miranda?”
Lydia and Ludia seem to have spotted the Orders. When I looked, they were indeed wearing Order’s Coats, and Associate Order’s Master Miranda was among them. There are six of them. It was reported that Wing Crest had gone to Mistol for reinforcements, so it’s likely that the minimum necessary number was dispatched.
“So, are those Hunters and Beastars over there the Hunter’s Master and Beastar’s Master?”
“The Hunter’s Master is hard to tell, but the Beastar’s Master is wearing the Guardian Beastar’s Coat, so there’s no mistake.”
The Beastar’s Guild, which is based on the Alegria Principality Knight Order, Valentia Beast Knight Order, and Lichtenfels Garrison, has new equipment and titles established upon its founding. The Order’s Guild’s rank system forms the basic framework, so the Beastar’s Master is also an E-rank Beastar and simultaneously holds the title of Guardian Knight. A Guardian Knight is also an A-rank Beastar, and upon appointment, is bestowed the ceremonial uniform known as the Guardian Beastar’s Coat by His Majesty the Alegria Beast King. The Beastar’s Master and Sub-Beastar’s Master are invariably Guardian Knights, so as long as they are wearing the Guardian Beastar’s Coat, it’s highly likely they are one of them, or at least hold a status equivalent to one.

Yamato subdued this Labyrinth Overflow not as a Hunter, but as a member of Emperor Neige’s entourage, His Majesty Emperor Neige of Valt, and her wife, Prim, who holds succession rights to the Valt Beast Duke title. Therefore, Valt is a country deeply connected to Yamato and is something he must protect. Given that an Ancient Order was dispatched to Valt, it’s natural for Yamato to express his gratitude.
“Regarding the report, should we go to the Hunter’s Guild?”
“Have the monsters been collected?”
“Yes.”
“Then let’s do that.”
“Understood. We’ll use a Beast Carriage, so let’s go with that.”
Due to the large number of monsters hunted, the report will be made at the Hunter’s Guild, which has a spacious 10th Appraisal Room. Even in a normal Alliance, hunting over 100 monsters is not unusual, so only the 10th Appraisal Room of the Hunter’s Guild can handle it. This Labyrinth Overflow has resulted in the defeat of over ten times that number of monsters, so even the 10th Appraisal Room may not be large enough. It will also serve as reconstruction funds, so sales in Mistol as well as Ovest will be necessary.
It’s true that the quantity is too large to be handled by Ovest and Mistol alone, but including that, the report must be submitted, and in Ovest, it must also be conveyed to Emperor Neige. Furthermore, there is also the matter of the Labyrinth Overflow in Laofen, so the report needs to be made quickly. I took out the stored Tenju Manufacturing Beast Carriage from my Inventory and began the process of connecting Flow with the help of Flam.
