“Could you please come to the Management Layer of the Northwest Tower?”
Kousuke blinked at the sudden request.
“Did something happen?”
“More like… should I say something was done…?”
Kousuke tilted his head at Haku’s hesitant words.
“Hmm…? Ah, well, it can’t be helped. Let’s go.”
Answering thus, Kousuke stood up from the sofa and headed towards the Management Layer.

Saying that, Haku opened the Summoning Circle page of the Management Menu.
The Northwest Tower was completely untouched, so its level had not increased, and the number of Summoned Beasts that could be summoned was small.
However, a new Summoned Beast had been added where Haku pointed.
The species of the added Summoned Beast was becoming a Mini Dragon.

Kousuke knew of only two ways for something new to be added without an increase in level: bringing it in, or summoning it.

Kousuke said nothing about Haku summoning something in the Northwest Tower.
The decision to leave the Northwest Tower untouched had an element of verification, but it also meant a lack of manpower.
Now that the Golem was nearing completion, the meaning of creating an empty Tower had diminished, so the timing was just right.
“However, before summoning into this Tower, I tried summoning them into other Towers as well, but only this Tower registered it in the menu.”

There were Amamiya Tower and the Northwest Tower left, so Haku tried the Northwest Tower first, and upon registration, hurried to report to Kousuke.

“Because I used the Northwest Tower without permission…”
“Ah! No, I’m not angry. Rather, I’m glad you found it.”
Relieved, Haku let out a sigh at Kousuke’s answer.
Since the first attempt hadn’t gone smoothly, Haku had summoned one after another out of momentum. However, after it was registered in the Northwest Tower, Haku remembered that Kousuke had said he was leaving it neglected.

“More importantly, what about the Mini Dragons summoned in the other Towers and the one in this Tower?”
Summoning usually meant summoning one at a time, so Kousuke worried whether the summoned Mini Dragon could survive alone.

To Kousuke, Haku’s summoning resulted in quite an interesting outcome.

“Regarding the summoning of Mini Dragons, did you try it in Amamiya Tower?”
“No, not yet.”
“Then, would you mind trying it?”
“Of course.”
After seeing Haku nod, Kousuke, along with Haku and Kouhi, headed to the eleventh floor of Amamiya Tower.

The eleventh floor was originally the first floor of the South Tower.
Due to the floor exchange, the environment itself was that of the South Tower.
Kousuke chose this place because he wanted to see what would happen if a summoning that failed in the South Tower was tried in Amamiya Tower.
If a Mini Dragon were summoned here and registered in Amamiya Tower’s Management Menu, it would mean that the environment inherited from the original South Tower would be maintained, while the rules and contents would be those of Amamiya Tower.
When the floors were exchanged, there were of course vegetation and monsters that were not registered in Amamiya Tower’s menu, but not all of them were registered. He also had hopes of discerning the rules behind it.
In front of Kousuke, Haku performed the summoning of a Mini Dragon.
One Mini Dragon was summoned before Haku’s eyes.
Its appearance was that of a lizard with wings.

Upon checking the Summoned Beasts from the Management Menu, the Mini Dragon had indeed been added.
Kousuke immediately set up the usual set and two “Mini Dragon Summoning Circles (10 monsters)” and returned to the eleventh floor.

Haku, sensing something from the surrounding state, asked.
“Yes. It was added. For now, I will summon twenty Mini Dragons, so you are free to go, that child.”

In the end, the Mini Dragon summoned by Haku was taken to the Northwest Tower.
The Mini Dragons summoned from the Summoning Circle would all receive the title of “Kousuke’s Familiar.” Kousuke thought it would be lonely for just one to have the title of “Haku’s Familiar.”
However, he didn’t know if the Mini Dragons were even conscious of their titles.
After summoning twenty Mini Dragons, Kousuke returned to the Management Layer.
Haku parted ways there to take the Mini Dragons he summoned to the Northwest Tower.
Returning to the Management Layer, Kousuke pondered the events.
First, the fact that it was not possible in other Towers, but was registered in Amamiya Tower and the Northwest Tower.
This also applied to other installations; it meant that for each Tower, there was a clear distinction between what could be registered and what could not.
It was unclear where and by what standard they were divided.
Furthermore, regarding the titles attached to summoned beasts, it seemed that the summoner took precedence.
The Mini Dragon summoned by Haku had the title “Haku’s Familiar,” and the Mini Dragons summoned from the Summoning Circle had the title “Kousuke’s Familiar.”
The Mini Dragons summoned from the Summoning Circle in the Northwest Tower also had the title “Kousuke’s Familiar.”
This indicated that the Summoned Beasts summoned from the Summoning Circle were, in essence, familiars of the Tower’s registered Master.
It was as if other Towers’ Summoned Beasts were the same, so he felt it was no surprise, but the fact that summoning within a Tower yielded different results was intriguing.
Since the Mini Dragons summoned by Haku would grow in the Northwest Tower, Kousuke looked forward to seeing how things would unfold.
With Haku now in charge of the Northwest Tower, all Towers would be managed.
With the creation of the Golem nearing completion, once it was finished, they would likely be able to add many more familiars without worrying about food.
Recently, Amamiya Tower had not seen any major changes except for the town on the fifth floor, so it seemed that a significant change would occur simultaneously with the Golem’s completion.
And so, the Dragon species has been added.

The management of the Towers from now on will await the completion of the Golem.
The main job of managing the current Towers is feeding the Summoned Beasts.
When this is alleviated (by entrusting it to the Golem), it means more time can be spent on other tasks.
