Before leaving town, Riel encountered the elf girl Piyo had fought, and found her small cat.
Leaving town, the peaceful road continued again. The next destination was not like this place, but a small rural town. I was worried if there was a place to stay, but worst-case scenario, sleeping outdoors would be fine.
“Fufu, but Ms. Riel, it’s good that you found a new friend.”
“That’s right, you should forget that idiot man immediately.”
Philiana and Nina were getting excited about the conversation they had earlier. If possible, I wanted to stay in that town. It’s not that I was going to school or anything, but it’s still fun to talk to people close to my age. Besides, it was peaceful. Now that I’m outside the town, I have to constantly be on guard against enemies who could attack from anywhere.

Orange light leaked from the small house. I knocked on the door.

I waited for a little while, but there was no sign of anyone coming out. I knocked again. Still, no one came out. Could it be vacant? My companions who saw this came closer. This time, Nina knocked on the door repeatedly.
“Hello, hello, is anyone there? We need a little help.”
Then, I heard footsteps and the door creaked open slightly. Peeking out from inside was a young, small Centaur.
“What do you want?”
He frowned and looked at me with suspicion.
“Ah, thank goodness. Sorry, we just wanted to ask for directions. We want to go here.”
I showed the young man the map. He squinted and sighed.
“If that’s the case, it’s that way. Are you guys going now?”
“Yes, thank you.”
As I turned to leave, the door suddenly opened wide.
“Wait! It’s dangerous to go down to the town now! I-it’s dangerous!”
“It’s okay, it’s just around the corner, right?”
“No! You-you shouldn’t be wandering around at night, you woman!”
For some reason, I was scolded. Even so, if I don’t go to town, I have no place to stay. The young man’s house was a bit too small for all of us to fit in. Could he be letting us camp here?
“Then, is it okay to camp here?”
“……That’s right.”
And so, for some reason, everyone except me was invited into the house. Oh, and there’s someone else outside.
“Um, why are you… This is your house, right?”
“Shut up and go to sleep.”
For some reason, the young man was camping outside with me. I wonder if it’s okay for the homeowner to be outside. Veronica and Elana were outside. Under this incomprehensible atmosphere, I fell asleep. The next morning, by the time I woke up, the young man was already gone.

Then, a young man carrying farming tools hurried past in front of me. He was hardworking from early in the morning. I thought he was a Centaur, but it seemed his lower body was more like a donkey’s. That’s why he seemed shorter.

Right, I stayed here, so I have to do something. I followed the young man without question. We arrived at a field cleared out of the forest. So, he’s self-sufficient here. It’s admirable for someone living alone. While I was thinking that, I ended up maintaining this large field under the young man’s scolding.
