We live at the foothills of Dragon Peak.
Introduction of Characters: First and Last Appearance
◇ Elnea Eris
The protagonist of the story. He has chestnut-colored hair. He is slightly smaller than the average boy his age and has a cute face. With his adorably boyish smile, he is actually very popular with girls, second only to heroes. However, he is completely unaware of this.
He studied under the Guardian Dragon of the Dragon Forest and mastered the Dragon Sword Dance. He has now inherited the Dragon Jewel from Jiludo, a Dragon Person, and has become one of the Eight Great Dragon Kings.
His weapons are a two-sword style: an unfinished white sword with the attribute of being a dragon slayer, made from the Guardian Dragon’s fangs, and a wooden sword that is the transformed spirit of a Young Spirit Tree.
◇ Sleigsta
Golden eyes. A long tail. His entire body is covered in black, lustrous scales. Small mountain-sized giant dragon with jet-black fur on his limbs, the base of his wings, mane, and around his mouth. A legendary ancient dragon species that has protected the Dragon Forest and the Sanctuary of the Spirit Tree for two thousand years.
In reality, however, he is mischievous and often gets angry at Mistral for it. The previous, and the one before that, and in fact, all his caregivers have been plagued by his pranks.
He has the dignity of an old dragon, but he is gentle and doesn’t get angry over minor things. However, when it comes to the Dragon Forest and the Spirit Tree, he possesses a ruthlessness that spares no one, not even a favored visitor in the Moss Garden.
◇ Mistral
Elnea’s first potential bride, and three years his senior. Sleigsta’s current caregiver. A beautiful woman with hair the color of near-gold extending to her waist. A Dragon Person with sharp, elongated eyes and beautiful sapphire gem-like eyes. Her thin, soft-looking lips are upturned at the corners, and she has a small face. While she appears slender, she actually has a well-trained, toned physique and is tall among women.
She holds the highest title among Dragon People: “Dragon Princess.” With her extraordinary Dragon Power and Dragon Arts, she commands respect not only from Dragon People but also from Dragons themselves.
She flawlessly handles all household chores and is impeccably considerate. However, there is one forbidden topic she must never be touched upon.
She has pledged her future to Elnea on the condition that he properly makes her fall in love with him.
Her weapon is a jet-black, one-handed club made from the tip of Sleigsta’s horn. The tip of the club has several sharp spikes and possesses terrifying destructive power.
◇ Ruiseine Nefel
Elnea’s second potential bride. A Battle Priestess with flowing, long emerald-green hair that reaches her hips. She is beautiful and has a serene personality. However, she can be surprisingly assertive and is very curious.
She possesses Dragon Eyes and is a natural enemy to those who wield Dragon Energy, but she hides this from everyone except her inner circle.
She has been interested in Elnea since the beginning of their enrollment and tried to find various ways to interact with him, but her attempts went unnoticed by the oblivious Elnea, leading to a night camping training session among ruins. Later, she was seen in her underwear while running an errand, which prompted her to make Elnea pledge to marry her to take responsibility.
Her weapon is a glaive inherited from her grandmother, but it has been strengthened by Spirit Tree leaves.
While skilled in combat as a Battle Priestess, her offensive magic is of average power, and her other magic is also at an average level.
◇ Laira
Elnea’s potential bride. A girl with striking blonde hair and large eyes. Initially emaciated from starvation, she has recovered slightly. However, she is still quite thin. Despite this, she has a large bust, fulfilling Elnea’s long-held desire for a “breast-sama.” Her personality is docile and honest, but surprisingly bold at times. Despite her boldness, she is also quite shy.
She harbored darkness in her past, but it has significantly lessened thanks to Elnea and his companions. She is currently working hard to completely overcome it.
Her weapon was a two-handed staff given to her by a generous adventurer during her solo travels, but it was destroyed in repeated battles. However, her Dragon Power is extraordinary, so she is learning Dragon Arts from Sleigsta and others around her.
◇ Priscilla
A young girl of the Long-Eared tribe. She has fluffy, chestnut-colored hair, cat-like cute eyes, and long, drooping ears. She is an adorable, gluttonous little devil, like a small animal. She is the only member of the Long-Eared tribe, besides the Grand Elder Yuuri, who can see the Spirit Tree Spirit and is being carefully nurtured as the next tribal chief.
However, she is extremely curious and willful. She has left her village to be by the side of Elnea and the Young Spirit Tree possessed by the Spirit Tree Spirit.
Although she acts spoiled and demanding most of the time, she is sensitive to Mistral’s true anger. She has contracted with the Greater Earth Spirit and the Greater Wind Spirit, making her a natural little devil who commands terrifying beings as her servants.
◇ Nimia
The child of a Guardian Fighting Dragon who protects the Ancient Capital. An ancient species dragon. A cute, kitten-like young dragon with white fur whose tips are dyed light pink. She has long, drooping ears, horns that curl like those of a sheep, and a tail nearly twice her body length, covered in fluffy, soft fur. However, in her original form, she is a giant dragon nearly three times the size of a Wyvern.
In her usual small form, even flying short distances is a struggle, but once she returns to her original form, she can soar far above the clouds and outspeed anyone else in the sky.
She is not good at combat and is easily frightened. However, if pushed, she can create a small area of pure white ash.
◇ Ares
The Greater Spirit of the Spirit Tree that resides in the Young Spirit Tree and Elnea. She appears as a girl with straight, long golden hair and large, round golden eyes.
She constantly accompanies Elnea, watching over him. She and Elnea can communicate through telepathy without the need for words. While she usually exists independently, she can also merge with Elnea to grant him immense power.
She usually plays with Priscilla and Nimia with cute antics, but very rarely, she emanates an overwhelming presence.
Her name is taken from a part of the name of the goddess of creation.
◇ Listea
A hero chosen by the Flame Holy Sword. A beautiful young man with straight golden hair that reaches his shoulders and blue eyes. He is tall and possesses an elegant demeanor, beloved by the people of the Armēdo Kingdom regardless of gender, earning him the title of “Perfect Hero.”
His deeds are befitting of a hero’s title; despite being in his mid-teens, his abilities are already proven. His preference for women is cute types rather than beauties.
His weapon, the Holy Sword, is actually a powerful Curse Power Sword. It is one of the masterpieces created by someone known as the Eastern Magician.
◇ Cerise
The Fourth Princess of the Armēdo Kingdom. Listea’s primary candidate for a spouse. A lovely girl with soft, light blue hair. She is known as the Kingdom’s Jewel Princess. Reputed to be the most beautiful in the kingdom, she is the most popular among the royal family. However, when angered, she can be terrifyingly fierce, even provoking Earth Dragons.
Royal family members have been able to use Dragon Arts for generations, but these abilities have degenerated over time, and now even Cerise cannot use very strong Dragon Arts.
Her weapon is not her “breast-sama,” but a powerful Curse Power Weapon, a slender, beautiful straight sword, stolen from the royal family’s treasure vault.
◇ Naimi
Listea’s second potential bride. A flat-chested girl with short, orange hair that is perked up at the tips. She is small and her movements are often likened to a squirrel.
With her quick movements, she displays the best combat ability among the hero’s potential brides in close combat.
Her weapon is a Curse Power Weapon, a single-edged medium sword, stolen from the treasure vault by Cerise.
◇ Kiiri Seifa
The third potential hero’s bride. A high-ranking priestess with drooping eyes. She is a childhood friend of Ruiseine and was trained by the same old woman since childhood, leading to similar speech and behavior. She has a gentle personality and rarely gets flustered. Although she occasionally shows anger, her drooping eyes completely lack any intimidating presence.
Her weapon is a glaive, but she is not accustomed to using it and is not good at combat. She primarily contributes to the hero’s party with healing magic.
◇ Inea Callusneor
She has a youthful face and is often mistaken for being younger than her actual age. A priestess who is good friends with Kiiri and Ruiseine. After investigating ruins where demons appeared, she grew close to Listea, becoming his fourth potential bride. She has an active personality but, being a priestess, is not skilled in combat. However, she is somewhat adept at offensive magic and, along with Creacio, handles the long-range attacks.
Her weapon is a glaive.
◇ Slaton Worgal
Listea’s trusted right-hand man. A tall boy with messy black hair that he never bothers to fix.
He has been friends with Listea since childhood, and in a pure swordplay match, he is the only one who can rival Listea. He can also use Ki manipulation, but his rough handling of Ki makes him a short-term combat specialist.
His hobbies include teasing Elnea and he genuinely loves Creacio.
His weapon is a two-handed straight sword.
◇ Creacio
The only beauty in the hero’s party, and she and Slaton are in a loving relationship. She naturally joined the group because Slaton acts with the hero. Her beautiful black hair is long and usually tied back.
She comes from a family of sorcerers for generations and underwent rigorous training from a young age, making her a top-tier practitioner. She often defeats opponents who are immune to physical attacks using sorcery, while being protected by Kiiri and Inea.
◇ Kijilum
A boy who, admiring Listea, is determined to make a name for himself as an adventurer. His physique is better than boys his age, and he fights using brute strength. He has a rough temper but possesses the integrity to honestly admit his mistakes and acknowledge the superior skills of others.
His weapon while attending school was a straight sword, which doesn’t quite match his physique.
◇ Great Wolf Magic Beast
A magic beast in the form of a giant wolf with gray fur. It is female and shows interest in Elnea. It usually uses techniques to completely silence its movements, making it excellent at stealth. Taking advantage of Sleigsta’s silence, it settled in the Dragon Forest and began summoning its companions.
However, after being soundly defeated by Mistral, it became absolutely obedient to her orders and eventually became Priscilla’s servant, a pitiable fate for a magic beast.
◇ Armēdo IV
The King of the Armēdo Kingdom. A burly man with a kingly appearance, but actually has a friendly personality. He has five wives and six children. In his youth, he was a strong individual who experienced many adventures with the hero of that era, traveling to various lands. For this reason, he is lenient towards the activities of his princes and princesses, which often leads to arguments with the queens’ alliance.
◇ Grave
The First Prince of the Yorttenitos Kingdom, clad in full blue armor. He is the commander of the Wyvern Knight Order and a Dragon Knight.
He treats those he considers inferior with arrogance. However, he is skilled in social etiquette and possesses a superior appearance, making him immensely popular with women.
His mount, a Wyvern, is also blue and has a fierce temperament. Grave personally captured it during a Wyvern hunt, so it only obeys his commands.
◇ Coranta
The Chancellor of the Armēdo Kingdom. He is sincere and diligent. However, when angered, he lets out a yelling voice unimaginable from his slender frame. It is commonplace for his shouts at the King, who is not suited for domestic affairs, to echo throughout the castle.
◇ Naal
The Vice-Chancellor of the Armēdo Kingdom. A stout man who favors luxurious and flamboyant clothing. He carries an air of haughtiness, but is actually sharp-witted. It is said that the true state of the kingdom is that Chancellor Coranta restrains the King while Naal clears the path for him to run.
◇ Teizenal
One of the generals of the national army. A giant man with a black beard. He is taciturn, but highly trusted by his soldiers. In the Armēdo Kingdom, where there are no conflicts with neighboring countries, the national army primarily deals with magic beasts or bandits. And, of course, Wyverns that descend upon the Royal Capital. Teizenal is also a hero known as a dragon slayer, having killed invading Wyverns.
◇ Kolarn
Captain of the Royal Guard of the Armēdo Kingdom. An old man with white hair, but deeply trusted by the King. All the princes and princesses received their martial arts training from Kolarn in their childhood.
◇ Carly
A Long-Eared tribesman with a stern face and silver hair. He is a warrior of the tribe responsible for a portion of the Dragon Forest’s security, his preferred weapon being a bow. He is unforgiving to those who trespass in the Dragon Forest.
He likes Priscilla’s older sister.
◇ Yuuri
The Grand Elder of the Long-Eared tribe, living deep within the Dragon Forest. Currently 1,322 years old, he is exceptionally long-lived even among the long-lived Long-Eared, and a special celebration is held annually on his birthday.
He is the only one capable of commanding the Great Spirit of the Spirit Tree. In addition to the Spirit Tree Spirit, he is an excellent spirit user capable of commanding the spirits of water, wind, earth, and light.
◇ Rudoriado
A man with gray hair, a handsome face, a stubble, and a sturdy build. He possesses an indefinable air of nobility, but his playboy-like demeanor and lack of motivation are his flaws.
He makes casual remarks and does not perform his work seriously.
He is a former squad leader of the patrol soldiers and currently belongs to the national army.
His weapon is a thick, straight sword, a Curse Power Weapon.
◇ Asher
Nimia’s mother dragon. An ancient species Fighting Dragon who guards the Ancient Capital. Her beautiful, long fur is dyed pink at the tips, and her tail is frighteningly long. Her two sharp horns are intertwined, forming a single horn. She is a giant dragon, though not as large as Sleigsta, and stronger than the aging Sleigsta. If she were to go all out, she could use Dragon Arts to turn an entire mountain into a field of white ash.
In her young dragon days, she was also spontaneously cheerful, so she cannot scold Nimia too harshly for running away.
◇ Anemone
A Dragon Person woman with black hair. She was frail from birth and could barely live without constant care, but after receiving the Dragon Jewel from the Wyvern she had bonded with, she regained her health. However, due to her naturally weak constitution, her Dragon Power did not increase significantly.
◇ Lanissem
Anemone’s older brother and a warrior Dragon Person. He was insistent on obtaining the Dragon Jewel, but at heart, he is a sincere and kind man. He vowed to dedicate his life to his sickly younger sister and takes care of all her needs.
◇ Jiludo
An old Dragon Person living alone at the northernmost tip of the Armēdo Kingdom’s Royal Capital. He carves sculptures to make a living. He is about Elnea’s height, and his beard and hair are unkempt. He pays no attention to his appearance. However, he is a former Great Dragon King and a legendary hero known to all Dragon People.
He passed on the Dragon Jewel to Elnea, and his Dragon Power has waned, but he is still stronger than current Dragon Kings.
His weapon is a slender, curved longsword, a memento from his deceased wife.
◇ Yufilia
The First Princess of the Armēdo Kingdom. She is a twin to the Second Princess, Nina. A beauty with healthy, tanned skin and long, beautiful silver hair styled in vertical curls. She is an unrestrained woman possessing the strongest “breast-sama.” She wields immense Dragon Power but cannot generate Dragon Energy herself.
Since childhood, she and her sister Nina have often snuck out of the castle and become adventurers. While her status is an open secret among adventurers, few approach her, not wanting to get involved in troublesome matters.
After hearing about Elnea from her brother, she, along with Nina, became very interested.
◇ Nina
The Second Princess of the Armēdo Kingdom. She is the twin sister of the First Princess, Yufilia. Her appearance is identical to her sister Yufilia, making her indistinguishable to anyone but their mother.
Like her sister, she has a free-spirited personality. However, she has not lost her royal grace and is particularly chaste with men.
She is the one who instigated her half-sister, Cerise, who became an adventurer, to steal weapons from the treasure vault.
She has no Dragon Power but excels at generating Dragon Energy.
◇ Friel
The Fourth Prince of the Yorttenitos Kingdom. He is currently fourteen years old and is staying in the Armēdo Kingdom’s Royal Capital to participate in the summer Wyvern hunt. However, he is considered a burden and is currently undergoing training by Yufilia and Nina.
◇ Koa
The tribal chief of Mistral’s village. An old man with white hair and a white beard, and long eyebrows. However, his eyes are sharp, and he is highly respected by the Dragon People. He is generally gentle and enjoys taking care of others. He met Elnea during the spring caravan.
◇ Zan
Mistral’s childhood friend. A tall, well-built young warrior with reddish-bronze skin and close-cropped silver hair. He excels in martial arts and is also skilled in stealth, capable of completely disappearing his presence. He is adept at Dragon Arts, converting Dragon Energy into flames.
He is blunt and generally taciturn, but he looks after those younger than him.
He is like an older brother to Elnea.
◇ Orta
The son of a tribal chief from a strength-worshipping tribe. He invaded the Dragon Mausoleum, stole the Dragon Jewel, and was cursed. The influence of the evil Dragon Jewel made him nearly immortal, capable of regenerating almost instantly from any wound.
He was sealed by Laza three years ago, but it has recently become apparent that he has revived.
He is currently missing from Dragon Peak, but he has been spotted near the Urangala Forest, north of the Armēdo Kingdom and further north of the Wyvern Hunting Ground, mounted on a Black Wyvern.
◇ Laza
One of the Eight Great Dragon Kings and the foremost master of Dragon Arts. A legendary hero of the Dragon People who sealed Orta, but her village was attacked by someone, and she is now missing. Searches have been conducted since early spring but yielded no results, and by early summer, the search was called off with the assumption that she had already died.
◇ Revalia
A Wyvern known as a tyrant and feared by all inhabitants of Dragon Peak. She is about one size larger than a normal Wyvern and is characterized by her crimson scales, four wings of varying sizes, and four sharp eyes.
She used to rampage wildly, but after Elnea saved her life, she reluctantly began to obey him. However, she is caring towards her own kind and is raising the only surviving young dragon of her kin.
She now follows Elnea’s commands and lives for Dragon Peak.
◇ Sleny
A Dragon King of the Dragon People. An old man with thinning hair, skilled in Dragon Arts second only to Laza. With Laza missing, he is the one who leads the Dragon Kings.
◇ Jura
A middle-aged Dragon King of the Dragon People. He was taught by Jiludo in his youth and is a master of swordsmanship. He often participates in caravans and interacts with humans.

◇ Sestarinis
A giant Dragon King of the Dragon People. He possesses the greatest physical ability among the Dragon Kings. He has a rough personality, but he is popular and has a wide network of contacts.
He is the one who introduced Id, one of the Dragon Kings, to the hero’s party.
His weapon is a colossal two-handed axe with destructive power that ignores defense.
◇ Heorona
A slender Dragon King of the Dragon People with a flippant tone and casual attitude. He utilizes a long spear for long-range combat and a short sword for close-range, demonstrating a genius-level combat ability.
◇ Wol
A young Dragon King of the Dragon People and one of the Eight Great Dragon Kings, alongside Laza and Elnea. He is an accomplished youth skilled in Dragon Arts, combat, and swordsmanship, but he has a gentle demeanor and is serious and sincere.
◇ Ruilala
A demon with territory in the domain of the Giant Demon Lord. Her father holds the rank of Duke, and she herself is bestowed the rank of Viscount.
She is currently a close aide to the Giant Demon Lord and has a deep interest in swordsmanship. While possessing magic power and strength comparable to a Demon General, she is not part of the military and prefers sword combat, thus she is not feared as much as her abilities might suggest.
◇ Giant Demon Lord
A Demon Lord who transferred from the central region during a period of intense conflict between Dragon Peak and the demon territories. He is the oldest of the Demon Lords and his power is immeasurable. Even other Demon Lords fear him.
He is seeking to establish friendly relations with Dragon Peak.
There is a legend that he trampled Dragon Peak in his giant form, and since then, the Dragon People have respectfully called him the Giant Demon Lord.
◇ Ascres
Mistral’s father. He has sun-tanned, wheat-colored skin and resembles Mistral in looks and hair color. He is one of the best warriors in the village, and his coordination with his wife, Cornelia, is exquisite.
◇ Cornelia
Mistral’s mother. A beautiful woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, appearing to be in her early twenties. However, being a Dragon Person, her actual age is slightly higher. She is an excellent warrior. The contours of her body and her aura resemble Mistral’s. Her family has been responsible for caring for the Guardian Dragon of the Dragon Forest for generations. Her “breast-sama” has been disappointing for generations as well.
◇ Id
One of the Dragon Kings. Introduced to the lowlands by Sestarinis, he is tasked with conveying information between Listea’s hero party and Dragon Peak. He is a colossal man. Everything about him appears muscular and headstrong, but he is actually sharp-witted. He can communicate telepathically with his best friend, Milly.
◇ Milly
A small catkin beastkin woman. She got lost in Dragon Peak in her childhood and was saved by the Dragon People. She is Id’s best friend and they can communicate telepathically. She remained on Dragon Peak and is tasked with conveying the movements of the human side to the Dragon People through Id.
