Chapter 24: Being Honest with Miti
In just a few minutes, Sumu had copied the contents from the hard drive to the handheld game console, keeping it well preserved.
It’s hard to imagine how Tang Nai managed to retrieve this item from that pile of charcoal unscathed; even the surface of the hard drive looks polished and shiny.
It must be due to some unique ability of hers.
However, while browsing through the files, Sumu suddenly discovered some heart-racing things.
It was those photos! They’re now neatly stored in a newly created folder that hasn’t even been named yet.
Tang Nai probably didn’t notice, heh heh.
She hadn’t had the chance to look closely before; luckily, these weren’t burned up in Miti’s flames.
Thinking this, Sumu connected the handheld game console to the Magic Power Storage Device to prevent a sudden black screen, and then, with a racing heart, opened the folder to begin browsing.
The shiny skin in the photos looked quite beautiful, with the light hitting just right… wait a minute, isn’t this the one Tang Nai took of me in the medical room?
As the pink hair in the frame caught Sumu by surprise, she stared wide-eyed at her own dazed expression in the image.
That woman has already seen it, and she even added some weird stuff; how infuriating!
That guy must be outside enjoying himself right now.
Thinking this, Sumu couldn’t help but clench her tiny fists, and the back of her hand immediately pain from the torn wound.
It’s good to be able to see the photos, but it is still a very secretive matter; anyone other than herself knowing it would lead to a social death experience.

In indignation, Sumu stuffed her photo into the data vault and continued looking.
Upstairs, Tang Nai sensed someone’s emotional fluctuations sitting on the couch, unable to help but chuckle.

Flipping through, the previous few photos were all records with L as the protagonist, with various styles, none of them repeating, making Sumu feel increasingly uneasy.
Is Tang Nai playing some game to collect all CGs? It seems I have barely one…
Continuing to look on in confusion, a dazzling crimson suddenly entered the screen.
Wow, Miti did it too!
Although L’s photos are exquisite and flawless, they’re somewhat monotonous compared to Miti, who has one irredeemable and fatal flatness.
Miti’s front gravitational pull is really strong; even the gaze cannot escape its pull, unconsciously drawn in that direction.

Sumu, like a frightened mouse, clutched the handheld game console tightly to her chest, leaning against the sofa as she warily looked at the suddenly appearing suspicious red-haired girl.
Ye Wanjing chuckled softly, finally managing to win a point back.
The previous exposure incident had been weighing on her mind, and just when she handed the computer over to Tang Nai for repairs, the latter quietly set her up with this.

Sometimes she even has some improper thoughts, which should definitely not be revealed in front of others.
Tang Nai has always known these things; Ye Wanjing envied her for being able to freely indulge in her own bad tastes.
