This is a character introduction space.
Feel free to skip this section if you don’t need it.
For those who are confused by characters appearing from the first chapter out of nowhere, or for those who can’t remember who was who, this space is for you.
I will write as I recall, so there may be some missing details. I’ll keep it brief. I’ll make corrections from time to time if the mood strikes.
Now, let’s start with chapter one, which most of you probably won’t remember—
**Chapter 1 Characters**
**Name:** Aikawa Uzunami / Christ Eurasia **Role:** Protagonist
**Character Image:** The protagonist. It’s easy to forget, but he’s using his sister’s body.
**Name:** Aikawa Hidaki **Role:** Younger Sister
**Character Image:** The protagonist’s younger sister. Currently residing in her brother’s body and kidnapped by Aid.
**Name:** Diablo Sis **Role:** Chapter 1 Heroine
**Character Image:** A blonde, tsundere swordswoman (and mage). She’s currently on the run after losing an arm, being cut in half, her legs turning to charcoal, her personality being taken over, her beloved being missing, and her mental state being unstable.
**Name:** Rustiara Fuziaze **Role:** Chapter 2 Heroine
**Character Image:** A beautiful girl with Hero Syndrome from being a “Magic Stone Human.” She has golden eyes and long, sparkling hair, making her very beautiful. Before parting with the protagonist, she felt unwell due to Aid’s magic.
**Name:** Maria Distras **Role:** Chapter 2 Heroine
**Character Image:** A former slave girl with black hair and black eyes. She apparently resembles the protagonist’s sister. She excels at fire magic and likes the protagonist. Her whereabouts are unknown since she was knocked unconscious fighting Palinkron.
**Name:** Lynn **Role:** Bar’s Signboard Girl
**Character Image:** A cheerful and kind older sister who taught the protagonist a lot when she worked part-time in Chapter 1.
**Name:** Shop Manager **Role:** Bar Manager
**Character Image:** A reliable manager who was once a high-level adventurer. He’s quite easygoing.
**Name:** Crow **Role:** Warrior who often frequents the bar
**Character Image:** The person who taught Kanami a lot about the labyrinth in Chapter 1. A dependable older brother figure.
**Name:** Alken **Role:** Explorer who used to tease Dia
**Character Image:** An explorer from Chapter 1 who had a monster hunting bet with Kanami but was defeated and left Valt. He was the party leader.
**Name:** Teeda **Role:** Boss
**Character Image:** The boss of the 20th floor, made of black liquid. He was turned into a magic stone and sold, then consumed by Palinkron. After being separated, he was swallowed by Shaka Hōkan Jin.
**Name:** Arti **Role:** Boss
**Character Image:** The boss of the 10th floor, a small child. His magic stone is currently merging with Maria.
These are all the characters from Chapter 1.
Next, Chapter 2—
**Chapter 2 Characters**
**Name:** Palinkron Legacy **Role:** Enemy
**Character Image:** He was behind many schemes and was defeated by the protagonist (in Chapter 4).
**Name:** Snow Walker **Role:** Chapter 3 Heroine
**Character Image:** A Dragon Person, a NEET, and formerly the strongest hero. She’s going through a rebellious phase due to her strict upbringing. Recently, she had been trying her best, but Palinkron broke her spirit again. She was asked by Kanami to take care of the party… (?)
**Name:** Rainer Helvirshine **Role:** Knight Close to the Protagonist
**Character Image:** A self-deprecating boy with low self-esteem. He is the adopted son of a noble family and loves his adoptive brother. Currently, he is fixated on Christ and Rustiara, left behind by his adoptive brother.
**Name:** Franryure Helvirshine **Role:** Noble, Explorer, and Young Lady
**Character Image:** She fell for Kanami’s “desu wa” speech. She’s a precious blonde with twin tails. Though she appears to be joking, she is actually a sensible person with a strong core. She later becomes one of the Seven Knights of Heaven.
**Name:** Erna **Role:** Friend of the Helvirshine Siblings
**Character Image:** A cat-girl and a student at Eltralyu Academy. She didn’t get much screen time… You can meet her if you go to the academy.
**Name:** Perciona Queiger **Role:** Commander-in-Chief of the Seven Knights of Heaven
**Character Image:** The Commander-in-Chief. She is often mistaken for a man due to her full black armor, tall stature, and low voice. A diligent and stern knight. She’s a woman with tail-like hair and a great figure. She was defeated by Kanami in the Cathedral and the Dance Battle Tournament.
**Name:** Mone Vinci **Role:** Vice Commander-in-Chief of the Seven Knights of Heaven
**Character Image:** The Vice Commander-in-Chief. A knight who acts like a troubled father figure. Kanami perceived him as a magic-specialized knight and was easily defeated by him during “Dimension Winter.”
**Name:** Hein Helvishein **Role:** Seven Knights of Heaven
**Character Image:** The ideal knight. However, he’s a dreamer with a fully developed “maiden circuit.” He died while dedicating his life to making Rustiara and Kanami happy. His corpse fell into the hands of his friend, Palinkron.
**Name:** Ragune Kaikuola **Role:** Seven Knights of Heaven
**Character Image:** A knight who can materialize magical power. She speaks in a “ssu” speech pattern. She was one-sidedly defeated in a duel by the young and cute Kanami.
**Name:** Sera Radiant **Role:** Former Seven Knight of Heaven
**Character Image:** She betrayed the Seven Knights and pledged loyalty to Rustiara. A beastkin with a blue wolf. She likes cute girls and finds men disgusting. She possesses a sense of justice similar to Kanami. Possibly a sub-heroine.
**Name:** Hopes Jokul **Role:** Seven Knights of Heaven
**Character Image:** An eccentric old man who enjoys life. A very reliable knight. He was one-sidedly defeated in a duel by Kanami.
**Name:** Fedelt **Role:** Acting Chancellor
**Character Image:** A man present at Tiara’s rebirth ritual. He is a high-ranking noble of the Fuziaze family and a priest of Revannism. He is a righteous person who doesn’t shy away from taking extreme measures for the country’s sake. To Kanami, he was an enemy who tried to kill Rustiara.
**Name:** Reki **Role:** Person from the Senate
**Character Image:** A young woman present at Tiara’s rebirth ritual. Her speech pattern sounds like an old woman’s.
Next, Chapter 3—
**Chapter 3 Characters**
**Name:** Rowen Aleis **Role:** Boss
**Character Image:** The boss of the 30th floor, a young sword saint. His magic stone is embedded in his sword.
**Name:** Grim Rim Reaper **Role:** Reaper is a Reaper
**Character Image:** A grim reaper who became an ally after being freed from a “Curse.” He has cheated his way through countless life experiences using his “Connection” ability. He is the youngest, pure-hearted, and sensible dusky-skinned individual.
**Name:** Glen Walker **Role:** Strongest Hero
**Character Image:** Snow’s older brother. The strongest. A skillful scout who fights with four daggers. He’s timid and cowardly. A shame. Like Snow, he’s self-deprecating.
**Name:** Elmiraud Siddharuku **Role:** Former fiancé of Snow, a noble
**Character Image:** A typical noble and rival character. A perfectionist leader and master of the guild “Supreme.” Inside, he’s a hard worker aiming to be the ideal hero. He eventually became a fan of the heroic Kanami and is now striving to become his rival, a strange person.
**Name:** Fenrir Aleis **Role:** Current Sword Saint
**Character Image:** The sword saint’s grandfather. The one who gave Dia the treasure sword. He was defeated by Rowen but was also acknowledged by him. He is a person who will support Kanami and Dia.
**Name:** Volzak **Role:** Reliable man of Epic Seeker
**Character Image:** Formerly a gladiator slave. A giant with countless scars, wielding a greatsword. He may appear rough around the edges, but he is thoughtful and a compassionate, upright person.
**Name:** Teiri Rinker **Role:** Mage older sister of Epic Seeker
**Character Image:** The one trying to get Snow and Kanami together. She is a lady from a good family and the younger sister of the second-to-last “Strongest.”
**Name:** Rail Senks **Role:** Epic Seeker Sub-master
**Character Image:** Palinkron’s friend.
**Name:** Alivers Rivers **Role:** Epic Seeker Blacksmith
**Character Image:** A blacksmith who retired from adventuring due to a serious accident. He has one eye missing, both ears torn, and is covered in burn scars. He hides his face with long hair. He becomes obsessive and goes overboard when engrossed. He loves heroes and excessive decoration.
**Name:** Seri **Role:** Epic Seeker’s young swordsman
**Character Image:** Noisy. Doesn’t get much screen time…
**Name:** Agnes **Role:** Fanatical Academy Student
**Character Image:** In the main story, her role ended after losing to Kanami in a match. In the bonus academy arc, she is the heroine. In an IF scenario, she became a sacrifice. Perhaps marrying her is Kanami’s winning path in life.
Next, Chapter 4—
**Chapter 4 Characters**
**Name:** Aid **Role:** Boss
**Character Image:** The boss of the 40th floor, a scrawny, bespectacled chancellor. He is alive. He appeared at the end of the fight between Palinkron and Kanami and claimed the spoils. He took Hidaki’s body, stating he would use her as a substitute king.
**Name:** Primordial Kanami **Role:** Protagonist from a Thousand Years Ago
**Character Image:** Aikawa Uzunami from a thousand years ago.
**Name:** Apostle Sis **Role:** Apostle, Enemy
**Character Image:** The enemy from a thousand years ago who was inside Dia. She proclaims world peace. She was once Kanami’s comrade but betrayed him and turned Hidaki into a monster. However, she doesn’t believe she betrayed anyone and thinks all humans can understand each other. She has revived in the present day and is escaping using Dia’s body.
**Name:** Apostle Legacy **Role:** Apostle
**Character Image:** The enemy from a thousand years ago who was inside Palinkron. However, since Palinkron held the main initiative, he only appeared as a boy in the past.
**Name:** Apostle Diplakla **Role:** Apostle
**Character Image:** Unknown. According to Sis, she is a “houseplant.”
**Name:** Saint Tiara **Role:** Unknown
**Character Image:** According to memories from a thousand years ago, she was Kanami’s disciple. She saved Kanami when he was self-destructive. Did she create magic? Currently, her blood? Mostly unknown.
**Name:** Hairi Weisprorope **Role:** Sub-heroine
**Character Image:** A silver-haired “Magic Stone Human” with a short lifespan. She died by Kanami, Palinkron, and Rainer’s side.
**Name:** Shira Legacy **Role:** Palinkron’s Niece
**Character Image:** A leader with no talent. A bright and cheerful girl. She is traveling with Aid.
**Name:** Rouge **Role:** Enemy
**Character Image:** A red-haired “Magic Stone Human” with a short lifespan. She has a straightforward personality. She was defeated by Dia and Maria. She is traveling with Aid.
**Name:** Noir **Role:** Enemy
**Character Image:** A black-haired “Magic Stone Human” with a short lifespan. He has a slimy personality. He was defeated by Dia and Maria. He is traveling with Aid.
Next, Chapter 5—
**Chapter 5 Characters**
**Name:** Lord Titty **Role:** Boss and Heroine
**Character Image:** The boss of the 50th floor, a Demon King.
**Name:** Nosfy Fuziaze **Role:** Boss and Heroine
**Character Image:** The boss of the 60th floor, a Hero.
**Name:** Reinand Volz **Role:** Blacksmith and General
**Character Image:** The father figure who taught him blacksmithing. Extremely reliable.
**Name:** Elizabeth Volz **Role:** Former Subordinate
**Character Image:** A subordinate of Primordial Kanami a thousand years ago. She was a royal guard knight.
**Name:** Seldra **Role:** Unknown
**Character Image:** A Dragon Person who became a Great General. He was friends with Lord in the past. Mostly unknown.
The latter half of the story should be fresh in most people’s minds, so I’ll keep it brief.
