Chapter 327 – Coming to a Close (3k)
Wenders collided with the old dragon, sparks flying. Dragon breath clashed with flames, and a terrifying firestorm swept across the sky, its intense heat instantly scorching the surrounding vines and plants. The air became dry, and those with weaker strength felt their very blood boil.
“Bang!”
A low thud echoed from within the firestorm, as if Wenders’ spear had pierced the old dragon. The dragon then fell heavily like a crashed helicopter, landing not far from Su Jiu, its shrill roars resonating in everyone’s ears.
“Roar!! You’ve already mastered the rules, a half-step War God Level! Damn you!!!”
The once majestic old pterodactyl, which had boasted of eating Vivian and the others, was now engulfed in an inextinguishable flame. White mist puffed from its nostrils as it fixed its gaze on Su Jiu and the other two, unable to move. It hadn’t expected them to be defeated, nor that someone would actually come and clear out the Pterodactyl Valley.
At this moment, a Crimson Flame spear, as if hurled by a god, struck the old dragon’s head, sending up a massive heatwave. Wenders descended from the sky, landing heavily on the dragon and using his Crimson Flame spear to pry out a yellowish-brown Magic Crystal from its skull. The old dragon appeared lifeless, and a High-Rank Battle King had fallen.

Wenders let out a soft breath, his face appearing slightly pale. Clearly, a battle of this level wasn’t easy for him, especially with lingering injuries.
“Doubi Xi, go organize the students to prepare to leave Pterodactyl Valley. I’m going to check on Uncle Wenders.”
Looking at Wenders ahead, Su Jiu patted Vivian’s shoulder and said softly. She then dispelled her Ghost Car Avatar, switching to her Ice Dragon Transformation, and began casting Spring Bloom Technique on Wenders. He was someone she had brought here, and since he was injured, she couldn’t just ignore him.
Frankly, her Healing Arts needed an upgrade. She could now learn skills that released buff effects, and she planned to do so during the World Championship.
“Got it… I’m not a child.”
Vivian pouted, rolling her eyes. She had just been called “Your Highness,” but now she was being called Doubi Xi. This rotten servant really couldn’t be praised.

“Thank you, Uncle Wenders. This is indeed very important for E Huo, but this is a High-grade Magic Crystal. I won’t take too much advantage of you—”
Catching the Magic Crystal and looking at its faint crystalline glow, Su Jiu was stunned for a moment, then her face lit up with joy. With a slight smile, she leaned down and swung her sword, creating afterimages. Half-moon shaped sword energy shot out from these afterimages, slicing like lasers, either severing the pterodactyls’ flesh wings or beheading them outright.
“Screech—”
With the sound of flesh being cut, along with desperate roars, the pterodactyls that had not reached Battle King Level were instantly killed by Su Jiu’s rapid draw-and-slash attacks. Their incredibly tough dragon scales offered little defense, and even as they died, they could feel an aura on the ice blade that made their bloodline tremble – a primal fear that came from every cell in their bodies, like commoners facing a minister with absolute power over life and death.
The pterodactyls still resisting elsewhere saw this and were filled with dread. They dared not linger and quickly spread their fleshy wings to flee.
The chaotic battle in the sky lasted for a dozen minutes, ending with the pterodactyls either killed or fleeing.
“Since you’re all leaving, I should collect some interest. Those pterodactyl eggs will be handled by me.”
Su Jiu glanced at the sky, then turned and flew towards the depths of the valley, a slight smile playing on her lips. Just moments ago, E Huo had sent “hungry hungry, want food” messages. The latter, like a shark smelling blood, kept informing Su Jiu of the location of “food.”
In less than half a minute, a person and a dragon arrived before a massive cave. From a distance, they could see seven or eight half-human height white giant eggs, far different from the Crimson Flame Dragon Egg they had seen before, but a faint warmth could still be felt from them.
Before Su Jiu could observe them further, her long sword instantly transformed into E Huo’s true form, and it lunged forward, biting into a dragon egg with a radiant smile. “Shall we go to an outer town? I’ve had enough of this damn canyon.” Vivian looked up at Su Jiu, her beautifully curved lips pursed. Her mood was clearly good. Surviving a near-death experience and then seeing someone she liked was cause for excitement anywhere.

“Don’t worry, I would have gone even without that request.” Su Jiu replied softly with a smile. She not only wanted to teach the Henry family a lesson but also intended to seize the rights to use the spring water. This World Championship was an event she absolutely could not miss.
“You rotten servant, that teacher who traveled with me seems to be missing. I wonder where she went? And several students are also gone.” Vivian scanned the students and noticed that the female teacher from earlier and the few students who had tried to guilt-trip her were no longer with the group.
“Perhaps they’re afraid of being held accountable? Let’s not worry about it for now. “Damn it, it really was that b*tch Vivian who called people! Good thing I ran fast, or I would have been held accountable.” Curses filled the canyon, spoken by the female teacher, her face filled with displeasure.
“Teacher, when can we leave? I feel like someone is constantly following us.” The twin-tailed girl’s face showed a hint of unease as she kept looking around.
“You’re all in league with them, aren’t you? My brother is dead, and even Second Master’s body is missing… I’ll have to take you back to account for it.”
Just then, a hoarse male voice echoed, accompanied by a powerful oppressive aura that almost rendered them immobile. Their faces showed deep regret before they could even speak—
