The Alliance in Rio insisted on being brought along, leading to a split deployment over two days, with half the forces departing each day. This arrangement proved beneficial, as not only did “we” level up considerably, but the Alliance members also saw significant advancements, with some evolving into High Class and even Ancient Class individuals.

Furthermore, due to slight delays in the Saber’s Guild preparations, there was ample room to split the Forces, including the Bacion dispatch contingent and the Royal Order, into two groups for combat training at the Golud Great Glacier.

Yuri, Ed, Marina, Viola, and Yuria have also successfully evolved into High Class.

Camellia has only just joined, and I intend to let Aria, Fiana, and Reina grow at a leisurely pace, so they haven’t been pushed too hard.

Lydia and Ludia have evolved into Ancient Dragonewts, and Eos has evolved into an Ancient Dragonian. Eos, in particular, has had her dragon name changed to Emerald Dragonian, and her personal name was also changed accordingly.

As promised, I have also taught the Wing Burst to three individuals. Since Dragonewts have wings and Dragonians can manifest them through dragon transformation magic, all three quickly grasped the concept and are already proficient in its use.

I believe Meena, Flam, and Athena could have evolved with a little more time, so I’ll have them try their best if we have an opportunity during the advance. Meena, for her achievements in defending Esperanza, has been granted a Knightly Title and has been promoted to G-rank Order. Hilde’s level hasn’t risen much, but as she’s said, her true path begins after her abdication, so there’s no need to rush her.

This joint expedition, led by His Majesty Reinhardt, Hilde, and the Kings of Amister and Torencia, excludes common nobles, which seems to be a contributing factor. Duke Arjan Montstain, who was serving as a naval advisor, has been relieved of his duties due to the shift to land progression and has returned to his territory. As a reward, he was granted a jade silver ship equipped with a Hydro Engine, so he’s likely tinkering with it right now.

Among the Alliance’s hunters, Saya has evolved into an Ancient Rabitry, Slay into an Ancient Loxy, and Caesar into an Ancient Ogre. Furthermore, over ten hunters have advanced to High Class. Every member of Lily Wish has evolved into High Class. The issue of armor for Saya, Slay, and Caesar was resolved by offering them high-quality leather from our Dragoons and Gryphons at a bargain price. Although I wanted to give it to them for free, they insisted vehemently that it wasn’t possible, so we ended up selling them the materials to craft their armor for 100,000 El. Oh, Saya has also registered as a crafter and evolved before Ludia, making her the second Ancient Crafter. Since her main profession is tailoring, she plans to craft her own armor.

Many in the Orders have also evolved into High Class. In addition, Rex has evolved into an Ancient Human and Muse into an Ancient Ogre, significantly increasing our combat strength. Unfortunately, Rosemary was unable to evolve. However, with Rosemary reaching level 60, His Majesty Reinhardt has requested Iver to reforge Rex’s Arc Order’s Coat and Rosemary and Muse’s Platinum Order’s Coat. The Arc Order’s Coat will utilize Gryphon materials, while the Platinum Order’s Coat will reportedly use Lesser Dragoon materials. They are working diligently to complete them within about a week, and I plan to pick them up around that time.

Incidentally, Rex, who is also a Sky Knight, has met the promotion requirements for O-rank Order upon evolving into an Ancient Human. Therefore, concurrently with requesting the reforging of his coat, I brought him to Float to complete the promotion procedures for Grand Order’s Master, and he has successfully been promoted to O-rank Order.

With five people already in the Ancient Class, and now more than double that number, the extinction of Solemne is a foregone conclusion.

I had originally intended to bring the Saber’s Guild to Mount Seryado as well, but due to their preparations not being complete, it wasn’t feasible. Nevertheless, I have brought Hilde’s sister, Princess Brynhild, along with Albert, who married her, and Blaser, a Grand Saber’s Master and High Lamia, along with several Royal Sabers.

Thus, two days later, the Saber’s Guild and the Torencia Hunters finally completed their preparations. We then set out for Bestia, accompanied by His Majesty Reinhardt, H.R.H. Elis, H.R.H. Maruca, and Sayuri.

The contingent from Torencia consists of 243 members from the Saber’s Guild, including 32 High Sabers, and 42 Hunters, all of whom are High Class, under the command of Certina, Hilde’s great-grandmother. Hilde and her personal butler, Mirei, will also be participating.

The Amister side will be joined by the Royal Order dispatched to Bacion. The Order’s Guild has 485 members, and from the Royal Family, His Majesty Reinhardt, H.R.H. Elis, H.R.H. Maruca, and Sayuri will participate, bringing the total to 489.

In addition, the Amister Hunter Alliance, comprising 11 Unions with 157 members—91 of whom are High Class and 11 are Ancient Class—forms a formidable force capable of conquering Deseo on its own.

The breakdown is as follows.

Thus, the Amister-Torencia Allied Forces number a total of 933 soldiers, including 353 High Class and 13 Ancient Class individuals. Rex will serve as the General Order as planned, with Rosemary and Muse as his assistants. I will command the Amister Hunters, and Certina will lead the Torencia Hunters. The Saber’s Guild representative will be one of the Royal Sabers, and it has been decided that the role will be filled by Veze, a High Harpy. Veze was also brought to Mount Seryado and has managed to raise her level. Blaser should have participated, but it seems he intends to cede his position as Grand Saber’s Master to his successor. For transportation, the Amister Hunters will use their own Multi-functional Beast Carriages, and the Order’s Guild members will use their respective dedicated Beast Carriages. The Royal Order will use the dedicated Unit 1 of the Order’s Guild, which Rex and his group previously used, and Rex’s first squad will ride our Beast Carriages. The Torencia Hunters will use experimental Unit 2.

The issue lies with His Majesty Reinhardt, H.R.H. Elis, H.R.H. Maruca, Sayuri, and Hilde. Due to the high number of Ancient Class individuals, they will be accommodated in our Beast Carriages. This is also due to the fact that the first squad of the Order’s Guild will be accompanying them, ensuring sufficient security. Since Hilde is my fiancée and His Majesty Reinhardt is my brother-in-law, it’s fine, but I had assumed Sayuri would be riding in Lily Wish’s Beast Carriage. Our Beast Carriage has three VIP rooms. Hilde and I are already in a relationship, and as fiancés, she will naturally come to my bedroom. Therefore, the VIP rooms will be used by Their Majesties, Sayuri, General Order Rex and his wife Rosemary, and Muse. Mirei will be in the servant quarters with Marisa and the others. By the way, Mako, Aria, and Camellia will be sharing one of the vacant bedrooms.

The day after gathering at Bestia, the participants of the Deseo campaign lined up in the plaza in front of White Demon Castle. Following speeches by His Majesty Reinhardt and Hilde, the advance began. His Majesty Reinhardt, H.R.H. Elis, and H.R.H. Maruca donned coats and hats crafted from Gold Dragoon and Disaster Dragoon leathers, along with Gryphon materials, while Hilde wore the Crest Defender Coat, standing before everyone. We, the Ancient Class, were, of course, all summoned. Thanks to the assistance of Marina and Fiana, the new equipment for Saya, Slay, and Caesar has been completed, and all three are wearing it. Like the Holy Grave, Saya and the others were very curious about our equipment, so I ended up searching for game designs using the engraving tools again.

Given this, perhaps I should compile designs for the Multi-functional Beast Carriages into a book. However, if I were to do so, I would exclude the designs we are currently using.

“This advance will be a significant battle not only for my Torencia but also for our closest ally, Amister. Due to the damage incurred previously by Solemne and the devastation caused by the Demise Species Slume Lord, we are unable to dispatch a large army. However, under His Majesty Reinhardt Ray Amister, a multitude of talented Orders and peerless Hunters have been dispatched. Together with them, the brave Hunters of Torencia and the proud Sabers will advance, conquer the imperial capital Deseo of the great enemy Solemne, and vanquish the Imperial family. Although Torencia is the main party, due to participant numbers and levels, Amister has inevitably become the primary force. Rex will serve as the General Order, but as this is a joint expedition by the King of Amister and the Queen of Torencia, the safety of His Majesty Reinhardt and Hilde must be of utmost concern. Yet, the King and Queen of Amister, citing their status as Hunters, intend to stand guard duty themselves, which is problematic.

“This is Reinhardt Ray Amister, King of the Amister Kingdom. This joint expedition is to defeat the Emperor of Solemne. The Solemne army is estimated to be around 20,000 strong, comprising both land and naval forces, but such numbers are insignificant to the elites of both nations, such as yourselves. What should be noted is the existence of new weaponry, but their ineffectiveness has already been proven. Therefore, I declare: Solemne is no match for us!”

The speeches by both monarchs elicited thunderous cheers not only from the participants but also from the residents of Bestia. Solemne’s strength lies in their technological prowess in creating Steam Warships without relying on magic. However, constructing iron ships of such size without magic would require an immense amount of labor. Regardless of how much time they invested, Solemne has produced over 200 of these iron Steam Warships, meaning their non-magical technological prowess might even surpass that of Amister. Of course, we’ve sunk most of those Steam Warships.

Next, Rex, the General Order and the supreme commander of this campaign, will give his speech. For a war of this magnitude, it is standard for a Grand Master or Associate Master to take command. However, Rex has surpassed Grand Order’s Master and has even evolved into an Ancient Human, solidifying his eventual appointment as Grand Order’s Master in the near future. Therefore, this appointment is also intended to provide him with experience. While there are some who believe a Saber should be in command, Amister holds the advantage in both the quality and quantity of forces, and Blaser has recommended Rex. Thus, he has been appointed as the supreme commander of the Allied Forces by joint decree of His Majesty Reinhardt and Hilde.

“Now, let us depart! All personnel, board your assigned Beast Carriages!”

The total number of Beast Carriages is 27, which is insufficient to transport nearly 1,000 Hunters, Orders, and Sabers. However, since all 27 are Multi-functional Beast Carriages, they can comfortably transport this number, and moreover, the Amister Hunters’ Beast Carriages, aside from ours, have entire passenger cabins empty, allowing for the transportation of over 500 more people.

Ah, I need to make sure everyone has boarded. Including our Tree-made Multi-functional Beast Carriage, I am responsible for a total of 11 vehicles, which makes confirmation a bit tedious. The Torencia Hunters only need one carriage, and since Certina is in charge, there are unlikely to be any Hunters who object. It seems easy.
