Finally, the management of the tower begins. However, this time we won’t be messing with each floor of the tower.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Unbeknownst to them, a world-shattering event in history was sending shockwaves across the globe. Inside the tower, the registration process was proceeding.
The voice that flowed was no longer the one from earlier, but a mechanical one.
“…Analyzing registered user… Checking ruler conditions… Verifying tower management system… Confirming support configuration… Complete…”
Kousuke and the two others listened silently to the mechanical voice.
Kousuke was no longer touching the control panel.
He was simply waiting.
“…Optimization complete… Creating work area… All work finished.”
“…Oh? Is it finished?”
Hearing the mechanical voice announce completion, Kousuke stood up and surveyed his surroundings.
When he looked at the control panel, a transparent panel that hadn’t been there before had appeared.
“Please touch the management monitor.”
“…Is this it?”
He pointed at the transparent panel and asked, but received no reply.
Since there was no other choice, he touched the panel.
The moment his hand touched the panel, text appeared.
< Do you want to run the tutorial? Yes or No >
Kouhi and Mitsuki, on either side of Kousuke, watched with great interest.
When he touched “Yes,” the tutorial on tower management began.

☆ Tower Management Rule Memo ☆
1. You can store power in the three types of crystals located in the management layer.
You can use that power to place various things in the management layer and the tower.
2. The powers of the three types of crystals (Divine Power, Holy Power, Magic Power) are interchangeable.
However, the conversion efficiency differs. Divine Power > Holy Power = Magic Power. 1000 Holy Power = 1000 Magic Power = 1 Divine Power.
3. The management layer menu and the tower (floor) menu are different.
The items that can be placed also differ between the management layer and the tower. The management layer allows for room expansion and renovation. The tower allows for the placement of nature, other buildings, monsters, summoning circles, and various other things.
4. The three types of power can be obtained from the nature, living things, and buildings that exist in the tower.
Power can be obtained from living creatures even while they are alive, albeit in small amounts. However, obtaining it through subjugation yields much more. (When they exist alive, it is obtained as Holy Power or Magic Power, and when defeated, it is obtained as Divine Power.)
In case of natural death, the amount of Divine Power obtained is reduced compared to subjugation.
5. Each floor of the tower can be expanded. However, this consumes an enormous amount of Divine Power.
Currently, each floor is the same size in its default state.
The management layer can also be expanded. It consumes less Divine Power compared to expanding the tower floors.
6. The items that can be placed in the management layer and the tower increase as the Tower LV rises.
Tower LV increases due to various factors. The administrator must discover the LV up conditions through trial and error. Let’s try various things.
7. Bringing items from outside the tower into the tower and placing them is possible.
Whether living beings brought from the outside can take root on a particular floor depends on the environment of that floor (place those that can only survive in cold environments in a cold environment).
8. It is also possible to bring in items not present in the management menu.
Items brought in may or may not appear in the management menu afterward. The administrator must confirm the conditions themselves.
9. Treasure chests and traps can also be placed.
Items that can be placed in treasure chests can also be placed from the menu. The administrator can also prepare them.
10. Mobile living beings can be moved to floors specified by teleportation gates.
There are no movement restrictions based on the living being. The administrator can also specify whether movement is allowed or not.
11. Entry and exit to and from the outside are limited to the entrance of the first floor and teleportation gates. Entry and exit via teleportation magic require the administrator’s permission.
The entrance can be opened and closed. This allows for preventing infiltration from the outside through the entrance.
12. When someone capable of destroying the tower appears, that person can also destroy the world.

The tutorial was very long, so I took notes on its content.
There might be some omissions, but this is roughly it.
I confirmed with Kouhi and Mitsuki, who had been watching the tutorial with interest, and they both nodded in agreement.
Currently, the crystals have 1 million points of Divine Power stored, and 100,000 points each of Holy Power and Magic Power.
Kousuke thought for a moment about what to do with these points first.
Without much deliberation, he reached a conclusion.
First, it was to improve their base.
Currently, the management layer only consists of the room with the control panel and crystals, and the room with the teleportation gate leading to the tower.
This needed to be transformed into a livable environment.
“Understood.”
“I agree too.”
Kouhi and Mitsuki immediately agreed.
It was only natural, as it was unusable as a base in its current state.
They checked what could be selected from the management layer menu and began placing various things.
Medium room x 2 = 1500 Divine Power pts x 2
Small room x 2 = 1000 Divine Power pts x 2
Furniture (various) = 150 Divine Power pts
Kitchen = 50 Divine Power pts
Books = 1500 Divine Power pts
Various seasonings + kitchenware + ingredients = 75 pts
Four rooms were added between the teleportation gate room and the control room.
In these, a medium room was made into a living room and a bedroom, and a small room was made into a study and a dining room (including the kitchen), and furniture was placed in them.
Although there are plans to enlarge these rooms later, this is sufficient for now.
Even though there are 1 million points of Divine Power, it felt like a stingy use, but they couldn’t afford to waste it as they planned to use a large amount for managing the tower floors later.
By the way, Kousuke’s opinions were barely included regarding the kitchen area.
This was the result of Kouhi and Mitsuki adding things one after another.
This would lead to a more fulfilling meal, so Kousuke had no particular complaints.
For books, they chose those related to magic and historical records of this world. They were surprisingly expensive, but since books themselves were very expensive in town, they accepted it as unavoidable.
Finally, they made the decision and went to see the results together.
Kouhi was enthralled in the study, and Mitsuki beamed in the dining room.
And when they both checked the bedroom, they looked at Kousuke with expectant eyes. Kousuke pretended not to notice.
Naturally (?) the single bedroom was their wish. They were quickly stopped from making separate ones, as it would be a waste of points.
“For now, is this good for our base?”
“No problems.”
“It’s alright.”
If there were any deficiencies, they could add them later.
Since neither of them seemed to have any major issues, the construction of the management layer was temporarily concluded here.
Next, they decided to finally begin managing each floor of the tower.
This is a bit short, but it’s a good stopping point, so we’ll end here for now. I will update again at 22:00 today.
The points may be subject to revision later.
