We are still accepting submissions for the questionnaire in the Activity Report.
This is the schedule until Sunday.
There have been changes to the towers over the last ten years.
One of the Four Elements Towers has been changed.
Ten years have already passed since the last Tower LV up, but finally that Tower LV has increased.
One reason is probably that each member has become busy and has less time to be involved in the management of the Tower, but it took a long time because the conditions were completely unknown.
Haku, who had relatively free time among the members, came to Kousuke’s place, shortly after they had just talked about the establishment of the school the other day.
“Father. The Tower has evolved.”
Kousuke, who was told something important so casually at the breakfast table, almost dismissed it.
“Eh!? Really?”
“Yeah. I checked this morning and it had gone up.”
Hearing that the Tower LV, which had not budged at all for ten years, had changed, Kousuke’s spirits soared.
“After I finish eating, I’ll go check it later.”
“Understood. However, there wasn’t anything particularly detailed written.”
“That’s fine. First, we need to properly confirm the current situation.”
“Yeah.”
As Haku nodded, they decided to tidy up breakfast first.
The dishwashing was left to the Maid Golems made by Kouhi and Mitsuki, and Kousuke took Mitsuki and Haku to the Control Room of the Northwest Tower.

“Wow. It really has gone up.”
Since there had been no change for ten years, Kousuke couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration.
However, Haku seemed to misunderstand, and his expression became slightly sulky.
“Haku isn’t lying.”
“Ah, no, sorry. That’s not what I meant.”
Kousuke, who had let his guard down, affectionately ruffled Haku’s head.
Haku, who accepted it while narrowing his eyes like a cat, tilted his head slightly.
“What do you mean?”
“Hmm. It’s just that it hadn’t gone up for a long time, so I was surprised.”
“A long time? For only ten years?”
Kousuke gave a wry smile at Haku’s remark.
As a Dragon, Haku was a long-lived species.
His perception of time was vastly different from that of a Human.
However, in this case, it wasn’t Haku who was strange.
Kousuke, as an Avatar, already possessed a lifespan far exceeding that of a Human.
He might even have an infinitely long lifespan.
He was too scared to confirm that, though.
Be that as it may, it was Kousuke who had a skewed sense of time due to his species(?).
Nonetheless, it would likely be some time before Kousuke, who had only been an Avatar for ten years, felt the difference in lifespan.
“As someone who used to be Human, ten years feels like a long time.”
“Is that so?”
“It is. Well, perhaps that too will change little by little.”
“Hmm.”
Sensing Kousuke’s slight sadness, Haku didn’t push the matter further.
“More importantly, about the Tower. Did you find anything?”
Kousuke knew Haku had deliberately changed the subject, but he gratefully followed suit without mentioning it.
“No. I didn’t find anything in particular. You didn’t do anything unusual, did you?”
“Yeah. Nothing unusual… Ah!”
“What? If something happened, please tell me.”
Haku replied, tilting his head.
“Yesterday, I confirmed a Familiar of a new species.”
“A new species? Did it evolve?”
“I don’t know.”
Haku tilted his head to the side in response to Kousuke’s question.
Understandably, Haku did not possess the power in his left eye like Kousuke.
There were Magic Tools to confirm species, but he didn’t always bring them along, so he hadn’t confirmed it yet.
“That’s true. Well then, shall we go and confirm this new species? Can you guide me?”
“Understood.”
Haku nodded and they headed to the place he had confirmed yesterday.

Not only in the Northwest Tower managed by Haku, but in most other Towers as well, almost all summonable Familiars have already been summoned.
Even if multiple types of Familiars are summoned on the same floor, disputes between Familiars rarely occur.
However, if the summoning circles for food were forgotten, meaning if there was no food, it was a different story.
There was one time when he forgot to set up the food for the Golems, and when he checked, they were in a tense situation over the feeding grounds of the monsters that could be hunted in the surrounding area.
After that, he made sure to properly set up the summoning circles, and the situation improved, which was a relief.
Even in Amamiya Tower, almost all summons have been done, and through that, it was discovered that not all summoned monsters evolve into Familiars.
Whether it was due to a poor summoning environment, or even when Holy Water was placed, there were some species that never evolved.
In that sense, the fact that the wolves and foxes evolved early on could be considered a stroke of luck.
However, in Kousuke’s experience, monsters that seem to exist in any environment tend to evolve more easily.
Monsters that only exist in limited environments will not evolve even if placed in a completely different environment.
For example, a species found only in deserts will not evolve even if it can survive when summoned in a forest.
This is something he learned over the past ten years by trying various patterns.
However, he cannot definitively say whether this is the absolute correct answer.
It is possible that they may adapt to the environment over even longer periods of time or through successive generations.
Confirming that properly would require a very long time.
Haku brought Kousuke and the others to the floor where Hell Tigers were.
Originally, Hell Tigers had evolved into White Tigers.
According to Haku’s confirmation, a Tiger that seemed to be a different species from those had appeared as a Familiar.
By the way, it’s easy to distinguish Familiars: they don’t attack when the Manager approaches.
It’s unclear how Familiars identify each other, though.
In a place where Tigers were gathered in a pack, Haku pointed to one spot.
“There.”
When Kousuke looked at the spot Haku was pointing to, he saw a Tiger mixed in with the Tigers around it, with a different fur color.
He immediately used his left eye to check the species.
“Let’s see? … Ah, it might indeed be a new species. It says Wind Tiger. Was there something like that?”
In response to Kousuke’s question, Haku shook his head.
“No. The Tiger species are only Hell Tiger and White Tiger.”
“I see. Then, it’s a new species after all.”
“So, does that mean evolution is the condition?”
“Hmm. That’s still debatable. There have been species that evolved before. We need to confirm it more thoroughly.”
“I see.”
When Kousuke explained, Haku nodded in understanding.
In fact, evolution of Familiars has occurred in all Towers, not just the Northwest Tower.
However, the Tower LV has not increased.
It is certain that there are other conditions besides evolution.
They will have to investigate that from now on.
Moreover, it hasn’t even been confirmed that the Wind Tiger truly influenced the increase in Tower LV.
“Well, regardless of that, now that it’s leveled up, we have more things to try.”
“Yeah.”
The Tower LV up means that more Installations have appeared.
This means there are even more things they can try.
Both Haku and Kousuke have time, so they can take their time with it.
Watching Haku nod, Kousuke thought about such things.
It was the first Tower LV up in a long time.
The conditions for LV up remain unknown, as always.
By the way, the LV up for other Towers, which Kousuke does not directly manage, has also stopped because the conditions are unknown.
Furthermore, as the Towers are passed down from generation to generation, some Towers have even lost the knowledge that their Tower LV can increase.
* When the Manager is transferred, the LV etc. is inherited, but the log data is deleted.
