Rachel and Caro passed through the gate. All the female staff members at the gate waved goodbye to them.
“Being sent off like that makes it difficult.”
“Really? I think it adds to the excitement of what’s about to begin.”
It seemed Rachel and Caro had different feelings.
“Ah, it really is an amusement park. I’m so happy I can actually come here!”

“We’re climbing a steep slope.”

Caro didn’t understand what Rachel meant. The vehicle vibrated as it slowly ascended the steep slope.
“We’re almost at the top.”

The small vehicle carrying the two of them reached the top of the uphill slope. Suddenly, the vibrations stopped, and as they reached the steep downhill slope ahead, their speed increased dramatically. Caro screamed at the sudden event.
“Hahaha. Th-is is fuuun!”
“Wh-at’s so fun about this, Kyaaa! Ababababa!”
While Rachel was delighted, Caro could only let out strange noises due to the unprecedented up, down, left, and right movements.
“Huh? We’re going to go through a 360-degree loop up ahead?”
“Here it comes. The loop! It’s here!”
“Ababababa…”
Caro pointed to where the track made a complete loop. The vehicle plunged into it, and with the centrifugal force pressing them down, Rachel delighted in the strange sensation while Caro continued to make weird noises. After that, the vehicle performed various other movements before returning to where they had boarded.
“That was so fun! It feels amazing to experience this feeling again after so long!”
“It wasn’t amazing. What kind of uncomfortable ride was that?”
“It’s a roller coaster. It’s a classic ride, as expected of an amusement park.”
The vehicle slowly advanced and came to a complete stop.
“Thank you for riding. Please be careful not to leave anything behind.”
The older brother attendant was checking the vehicle while speaking to the passengers, including us. The safety bar lifted, and Rachel and Caro, having unbuckled their belts, disembarked from the roller coaster.
“Rachel, you just put me on without any explanation… I’m definitely not riding that again.”
“Hahaha. Caro, your reaction is so cute! There are lots of other things, so it’s okay. Come on, let’s go to the next one.”
“Hmph. Don’t pull my hand!”
Rachel pulled Caro’s hand and they moved to the next attraction.
“Alright, Caro, we’re riding this next.”
“Uwah. It’s cute. A cute boat carved out of a log.”
Caro said, looking at the boats floating on the blue waterway, which looked like they were carved out of logs.
“That’s right. This is the Nice Boat. There are no severed heads or anything on it, so you’re safe.”
“Wh-at? Are there severed heads on it?”
“No, there aren’t. I just said that because I thought someone might react if I did.”
“Is that how it is?”
“Well then, let’s get in line.”
Rachel and Caro joined the end of the line.
(Fuh, fuh, fuh. The person who designed this really gets it. They’ve placed it so that the next ride is hidden. That way, Caro will ride it without noticing.)
Rachel thought internally as she waited for the line to move.
“Fuh, this ride doesn’t have any restraints like seatbelts. It seems safe to ride.”

Caro sat in the front seat, and Rachel sat in the back.

As it was their turn, the two of them entered the fenced area where the large coffee cups were arranged.
“Caro, which color do you want?”

Rachel and Caro boarded the pink coffee cup.

Rachel retorted to the attendant who was explaining.

Caro’s offer led to them opting for the more difficult setting. The kart could accommodate two people, with Caro in the driver’s seat and Rachel in the passenger seat.

Caro used an incredible half-clutch technique, and the kart gradually picked up speed.
“Accelerator off, clutch, second gear…”

Caro casually responded to Rachel’s question while executing a heel-and-toe maneuver on a curve.

With Rachel’s scream, the kart driven by Caro turned the corner at an impossible speed.

Getting out of the kart, Caro said to Rachel with a happy expression. However, Rachel’s face was pale.

“Rachel, what are we riding next?”
“Let’s eat for the time being. It looks like there’s a food court, so let’s go there.”
Rachel and Caro moved to the food court to eat.
“Uwah. So many of the menus here look like the ones from the shop.”

The two of them got into a gondola, and it was locked from the outside. The attendant brother waved them off as they boarded, and the gondola slowly began to ascend.
