The Handbook for Completing Demi-Human Girls – Chapter 386

Final Words

Hello everyone, I am Yi Weixie.

So far, the story of the third volume of “Supplement Handbook for Sub-Humans” has come to an end, which also means that in terms of volume, more than half of the book’s story is completed. Although there are still many unresolved plot points, the overall worldview and main characters have been laid out. In the upcoming volumes, these questions will be answered one by one.

As is customary, I will share a few thoughts on the creative aspects of this volume, followed by a preview of the next volume.

As I mentioned at the end of the previous volume, I adopted a lighter, more vibrant style for this volume to advance the story, incorporating interesting dialogues into Fisher’s adventures. However, the foreshadowing and emotions that need to be planted are not diminished; I did not include useless plots or daily life. I have tried to breathe life into most of the characters appearing in this volume, detailing their backgrounds and feelings, as many of them will play crucial roles in this volume and the subsequent stories.

I won’t summarize everything here, just mention two relatively significant characters.

First, about the female protagonist of this volume, Valentina. As I envisioned, each female protagonist has a distinct personality and background. Valentina is a particularly unique subhuman race protagonist, hence in this volume, most of her appearances are as an incomplete human girl, only starting her transformation into a phoenix at the end.

But as the Moon Princess said, the bloodline connection will quietly guide her on the path of the Phoenix race. A preview is that after her rebirth, the situation in the Northern Region will experience significant changes, serving as a small prelude to future plots and conflicts. At that time, as a member of the Phoenix race, Valentina will have more stories with Fisher.

Next, regarding the character of the Life Lord, in my conception, she is an extremely complex yet charismatic antagonist. I’m not sure if I have captured this great doctor and terrifying enemy as I imagined, but overall, I did not find it hard to write her; rather, I wrote everything about this soul from a century ago in one go.

She represents the tragedy of an era, a genius born out of time. Even with her exceptional intellect, she cannot withstand the tide of her time, yet she does not give up, hoping for “The Ultimate of Truth.” Similarly, even if the royal selection of the Phoenix race in the Northern Region is powerless in the face of the overarching forces, they still strive with all their might to contribute to the North and their future.

So, if I had to set a theme for the third volume, it should be the title of this volume 142, “Knowing One’s Fate.”

This volume ends here, but Fisher’s journey continues. In this volume, I have laid a lot of groundwork and foreshadowing, revealing a corner of the worldview. The overall story is generally progressive; this volume has prepared many stories from various regions below the mythical rank, such as the Northern Region, Western Continent, Southern Continent, etc.

However, there are still many stories hidden in the mist, particularly about the “Mythical Beings.” They may be demons, or beings from the Spirit Realm, or derivatives of the two heirs of Ramastia. They are few in number, powerful, and possess unique personalities and cultures; they were the masters of this world in the past.

Another aspect is the “Trans.” According to the Creation Association, there have already been many visitors from other worlds who are not from this world; the secrets and stories of their different “Supplement Handbooks” have not yet been fully clarified.

Thus, the story of the next volume will revolve around these two elements. Angels, elves, the two heirs of Ramastia, and the Trans will all appear, and as the story gradually enters the mythical rank level, the next volume will focus on two characters: Baemon and the “Magic Lord,” entering the legendary stories of the Holy Realm, World Tree, and Eastern Continent.

“Hey, wait, what about me, Renee?”

At this point, I feel that book friends will certainly think this way, so I will clarify. Renee is a character that runs through the entire text; she will appear prominently in the next volume, the following volume, and the last volume. The emotional line will not pause due to the division of volumes, but the arrangement of the story line must reserve her for the very end. As the Apocalypse Prophecy states,

“The Undying Witch is writing their epitaphs with magic.”

Renee is the starting point of Fisher’s long journey. “Supplement Handbook for Sub-Humans” began with the search for her and should logically end with her.

Alright, I’ve said so much, and the story of this volume finally comes to an end. Let’s celebrate! I will take a day to organize the outline and side stories for the next volume, along with supplementing some extras for the group.

Starting tomorrow, we will immediately begin the story of the fourth volume,

“The Ten Thousand Year Chapter of the Magic Lord”!

Please vote, tip, and support; this is very important to me!

Thank you very much for your support!

This is a century that glows with the brilliance of human civilization. This is a world where steam engines, magic, and demi-humans coexist. This is an indictment of crimes committed in the name of exploration. “The Crimson Dragon Queen will rise first, reducing all of humanity to ashes with her flames of fury.” “The mysterious Child of the Sea will summon massive waves to wash away the sins of mankind.” “The Sky God will leave the remnants of humanity with nowhere to hide, no refuge to seek.” “The Undying Witch will write their epitaphs with magic.” “And I… will write the next chapter of the new world.” ……Years later, after receiving an apocalyptic prophecy and a miraculous item known as the Demi-Human Girl Completion Handbook, Fischer hoped he would be remembered as: The pioneer of demi-human studies, the savior of human civilization, the dove of peace, and the messiah. And not as: The one who got chopped with a cleaver, the guy who got torn apart, or the messiah split into quarters.
