Hela’s Retrospective Part
As I mentioned earlier, at the end of this volume, I will discuss the previously mentioned relationships regarding [Chaos], [Hela], [Ch], and [Renee] in this retrospective part.
In this section, I will approximately review the content directly, hoping to evoke forgotten or unnoticed details for everyone who has read before.
Unfortunately, Qidian does not have the footnote functionality like Word documents to mark specific chapters, so I will annotate the foreshadowing content used at the end, as there is quite a lot, and placing it in the main text would be cumbersome. Readers in need can verify on their own.
First, to understand the relationship between Hela and Chaos, we must clarify the relationship between [Soul] and [Chaos]. As I have emphasized many times, Chaos is an invented concept, representing [foreign entities].
I have also mentioned multiple times that Souls originate from the Spirit Realm, which is not under the control of the gods, and the true source has never been stated in the main text. However, every sentient being (including Mythical Beings and Demigods) possesses a Soul.
I wonder if any of you have noticed that no rule in this world can bind those who come from the outside, including their bodies, lifespans, and even destinies. However, they possess the same magical circuits as the beings of this world, which is the Soul, something I made clear right from when Tang Zeming Asuka entered this world.
You can also find that the only universally applicable rule between this world and the external world is [Soul].
Yet all rules in this world—life, fate, crevice, matter, and death—originate from the properties (authority) of deities like Ramastia.
Conversely, the [Soul] actually stems from the properties of certain existences, but this existence’s nature is more universal (applicable both inside and outside this world), unique (irreplaceable, losing a Soul means losing consciousness), and hidden—
Even when the gods created the world, they did not realize that this consciousness actually derived from the properties of certain existences. Of course, they later discovered it; otherwise, they would not have had Demigods guarding their respective posts. This also explains why the Holy Realm had informed the angels early on to prohibit the forging of life-giving holy artifacts.
Thus, Soul is Chaos, and Chaos is Soul.
This also explains why many names in this world overlap and feel familiar to those from other worlds, as the sources of these consciousnesses indeed come from somewhere outside this world, and are not created by the deities here.
Of course, the weak derivative of Chaos authority: [Soul] itself will not have any dreadful impact on this world’s essence, just like how throwing a person who also comes from Chaos into this world, like Tang Zeming Asuka at the beginning, wouldn’t lead to any horrifying consequences.
Therefore, the gods still need souls to reincarnate life in this world, which is not a major problem.
What truly deserves caution is the existence above the gods, namely the original source of the Soul.
The Soul originates from an existence with a level and authority far superior to that of the gods, which is the main entity that the concept of [Chaos] primarily guards against.
I have hinted multiple times that magic originates from the Soul, and magic is a force of Chaos, and in this volume, I have almost made this point explicit.
Looking back at why Sorobato was involved with Chaos, the process of forging life-giving holy artifacts is essentially extracting authority from certain materials, and the unfortunate fact is that the materials used in forging happen to contain Souls.
With this understanding, you can actually comprehend all the tricks that Hela plays and her nature: She secretly infiltrated this world by helping Demigods to select Souls to create her offspring.
Let us first start with [Ch].
As you all know, the World Tree selected Souls from the Spirit Realm to create the three children; thus, Peach, G, and Ch were born.
However, because the three children, including Ch, were born through the Loom, and since the Loom itself can transform into either order or chaos, the Loom’s properties were imparted to her during her birth, that is, authority.
This is why, despite being the creations of the goddess of destiny, the derived tears from the Loom can bestow consciousness onto holy artifacts, even though they lack a Soul.
Now that we’ve discussed Ch and the relationship with Chaos, you can see the connection between Ch and Hela clearly, right?
Why did Ch leave the Tree Continent? Could it be that she had some hidden conspiracy?
Recall that Hela once told Fisher,
“She doesn’t like any sense of future foresight, because that would be very boring.”
So, the being who hates this the most discovered that the power given to her by the World Tree just happened to be the power of foresight into the future.
Well, then she discarded the disguise and ran away.
Ch is the first born of the three Elves, and she is also the oldest Mythical Being; while Hela was the sixty-sixth to be born, after Ch.
So you can also see that she re-entered this world after shedding Ch’s disguise.
They are both the same person, with no difference, the same existence.
So why does Ch need to reappear in this world?
Because of Fisher.
You can look back at the chapters and review the timing of Ch’s appearances; you will discover that her appearances, in a sense, are an extension of what Hela wanted to do but was unable to because of the limitations of the disguise.
Now moving to the third point, the relationship between Hela (Ch) and Renee: Renee and Hela are independent entities.
The last chapter of this volume has clearly articulated how Renee, or her previous form, came to be; her essence is infinite authority, which is a consciousness birthed from authority.
Looking back at Hela’s interactions with Pandora in the Ideal Nation, consider why authority would give birth to consciousness, a consciousness that never dies and resembles Ch; you will find their connection.
There are many more hints and content that I previously mentioned in this volume, related to the conclusions here, logical extensions of the plot, or future narratives, but I will not elaborate further.
For example: the measures taken by the gods to prevent Chaos, why the Sub manual can simultaneously bind Ch and Hela, Hela’s original objectives and their changes, the peculiarities of Fisher, the unique traits of Trans, the implications of the Apocalypse Prophecy.
As I mentioned earlier, it’s certainly better if you notice the hidden foreshadowing. Many book friends have spotted the hidden logic and flaws within the narrative and provided answers in this chapter, which requires a degree of thought and careful reading, of course, and will bring the enjoyment of foreseeing the answers.
I also understand that many readers may not have the energy to do this, so they may have overlooked or forgotten the clues; that’s fine because this book still has many stories and joys directly written on the surface. In the following main text, I will also directly provide answers and explanations, so there’s no need for concern.
Cited chapters and contents are arranged in points and order:
1. Souls originate from the Spirit Realm, which is not under the control of the gods, and the main text has never stated their true origin. Every sentient being, including Demigods, possesses a Soul, which contains a vast amount of energy, is the essence of consciousness, and the source of magic.
See Volume 1, Chapter 47, Chapter 54 (the energy, consciousness properties, and interactive properties of the Soul), Volume 2, Chapter 154 (the relationship between Soul, Spirit Realm, and magic), Volume 3, Chapter 1 (the state of the Soul and Spirit Realm), Volume 3, Chapter 110 (the origin of Demigod Souls), Volume 4, Chapter 27 (the origin of Mythical Being Souls).
2. The concept of Chaos is invented; it represents foreign concepts or properties. No rules of this world can bind it; to guard against it, the Demigods have their own roles and responsibilities.
See Volume 4, Chapter 66 (the concept of Chaos and the responsibilities of Demigods).
3. Even Trans has the same Soul characteristics as the original inhabitants of this world, and the other rules of this world do not affect Trans; that is, the only commonality between this world and others is [Soul].
See Volume 4, Chapter 44 (Tang Zeming Asuka’s magical circuit), Volume 4, Chapter 111 (the immortality trait of Trans).
4. Life, fate, crevice, matter, and death all originate from the properties (authority) of deities like Ramastia.
See Volume 3, Chapter 110 (the powers overseen by the deities), Volume 4, Chapter 3 (the authority of death).
5. The Holy Realm informed the angels early on to prohibit the forging of life-giving holy artifacts; Sorobato was involved with Chaos.
See Volume 4, Chapter 43 (the prohibition on forging life-giving holy artifacts), Volume 4, Chapter 102 (Sorobato).
6. The birth of Peach, G, and Ch, and the abilities bestowed by the Loom of Fate.
See Volume 4, Chapter 74 (the origins of the three), Volume 4, Chapter 98 (the Loom).
7. Hela does not like any sort of foresight into the future, because that would be very boring.
See Volume 4, Chapter 62, Chapter 83.
8. The timing of Ch’s appearances.
See Volume 4, Chapters 64-66 (within Peach’s barrier), Chapter 98 (Dragon Tail Island).
9. The essence of Renee’s consciousness, the relationship between authority and Renee, the source of infinite authority.

In my memory, there have been countless other reiterations, and they are not all listed here.
This chapter explains 3000 words, and finding the corresponding chapters according to memory indeed took me quite a bit of effort.
