“Enemy?” Bai Ling looked at Leticia’s words with confusion, “Are we enemies?”
In her memory, Leticia had no reason to become her enemy.
“I suspect your little brain is filled with more than just a brain, but with paste.” Leticia reached out and pressed a few keys on the keyboard, exiting the game and voice channel.
The following conversation could not be heard by the leader.
“Do I need to elaborate on what happened when we first met?” Leticia asked, crossing her arms.
“Uh-huh?”
“Please, Miss Bai, you almost killed me, and you don’t consider that an enemy?” The black-haired girl met the girl’s eyes, saying each word deliberately, “Can I still be friends with someone who wants to kill me?”
Bai Ling fell into thought. After a while, she looked up, “What if I gave up the intention to kill you?”
“Are you joking?”
“The current you doesn’t threaten me like you did seven years ago. If you can remain this peaceful, I have no reason to kill you.” Bai Ling’s voice was very serious, which made Leticia know that this girl was not lying.
“Can I interpret this as a threat?” But Leticia scoffed at Bai Ling’s words, “Who do you think you are? Why should I listen to you?”
“I just want to be friends with you.” Bai Ling stood up from her chair and walked towards Leticia step by step.
“Friends? What nonsense are you talking about? I would rather jump off here than be friends with you.” Leticia rebuked angrily, “I am the Demon King, and you are humanity’s Sword Saint. It’s impossible for us to be friends!”
“But you just said that I should have my own life, just like you. Are you really still that Demon King now?” Bai Ling walked in front of Leticia and repeated what Leticia had just said with a blank expression.
“I… Of course, I’m still the Demon King.” Leticia found her heart in disarray. Looking at such a girl at such close range made the affection in her heart stir gradually.
After all, she didn’t dislike Bai Ling very much.

Perhaps she should ask the leader how to make a tsundere girl like Leticia honestly express her feelings?
