Chapter 1083 – The Valkyrie Takes Shape
“Parul, I’m back.” Not long after, Jayad returned. As soon as he looked up, he saw a graceful figure bound in mid-air in the living room.
She was clad in gorgeous silver armor, and upon closer inspection, the armor was inlaid with colorful gemstones. However, it didn’t appear messy or cumbersome. Instead, it perfectly complemented her nobility and heroic spirit.
In her hand, she held an exceedingly long greatsword. Just looking at the pitch-black blade and the chillingly gleaming edge gave off a sense of danger.
Yet, this vibrant and heroic Valkyrie was currently bound by more than a dozen chains, tightly locking her body. These chains crisscrossed everywhere, weaving a spiderweb in the living room, and the Valkyrie was the butterfly that had stepped into the trap.
“Ah! Wh-what is this?!” Jayad was greatly alarmed. He immediately raised the cane in his hand and pointed it at the Valkyrie in mid-air. He was certain there was no one like her in his home, but by just looking at the exposed half of her face, it felt vaguely familiar.
“Don’t be nervous, Older Brother Jayad,” the Valkyrie spoke. Although her voice was different, it was a tone that Jayad was familiar with.
“Parul?” Jayad looked at the Valkyrie suspended in mid-air in surprise, asking with a hint of disbelief.
“It’s me, Older Brother Jayad. Welcome home.” The Valkyrie uttered his familiar greeting. Jayad was certain it was Parul; there was no mistaking that tone.
“Parul, why have you become this way? Do you need me to let you down?” Jayad asked. At the same time, he didn’t let his guard down, keeping a firm grip on his cane. His Divine Spell was also ready, prepared to face any enemy at any moment.
Simultaneously, his mind was racing, trying to figure out what had happened at home after he left that forced Parul to become like this and be hanging in mid-air.
The worst-case scenario was an enemy attack, like that murderer. Parul might have turned into this state after using some kind of Spell. Considering Parul was tied up, the enemy might not have left yet.
“Relax, Older Brother Jayad. I’m fine. This is my Guardian Deity. I told you before you left, and it’s completed now, thanks to Your collecting so many souls,” the Valkyrie said.
“Uh, so this is the Guardian Deity you mentioned? I never expected it to be like this,” Jayad finally relaxed. Before he left, Parul had indeed told him she was going to create a Guardian Deity and had borrowed his Ruby Shortsword.
“Because it looks good this way. Older Brother Jayad, you think this image is beautiful too, right?” I asked somewhat boastfully, while simultaneously controlling the Valkyrie to turn left and right in mid-air, showcasing the Guardian Deity to Jayad.
“It can still move? I thought you were already tied up,” Jayad said with a wry smile. The chains appeared to be taut, but he had no idea where the other ends were connected. When the Valkyrie moved, the surrounding chains would move accordingly.
“That’s right. The chains are my added restraint, essentially a form of insurance. They don’t affect the Guardian Deity’s combat ability at all and can even be used as weapons,” I said.
“Then where is Parul now? Is she inside this Valkyrie, or…?” Jayad looked around, not seeing me. He thought I might have merged with the Valkyrie.
“Ah, I’m in the room right now. Since Older Brother Jayad is back, you should come and see,” the Valkyrie’s voice held a hint of playful teasing.
“Hmm?” Jayad walked upstairs with a look of doubt. Then, his keen hearing picked up a series of “smack! smack! smack!” sounds, along with a girl’s sobbing, which sounded like Via’s.
What was Parul doing? Jayad curiously pushed open the room door, and the scene inside left him utterly stunned.
Via was lying face down on Parul’s thigh, her short skirt already lifted and her lacy panties pulled down to her knees. Her tender little bottom was a deep crimson. Sherris, dressed in a maid outfit, and Lorna were also there, watching the events unfolding in the center of the room with flushed faces.
“Still dare to joke with me?” I waved my hand and struck down, letting out a crisp slapping sound. Via kicked her legs in pain, emitting a crying yelp.
“N-no, I don’t dare anymore! Sister Parul, I’m so sorry! Please spare me, Big Brother, save me!” Seeing Jayad return, Via, disregarding her shame, desperately cried out to him for help.
“Hmph, it’s too late to beg for mercy now. Let Older Brother Jayad see your embarrassing state,” I said mercilessly. My right hand became a blur of motion, striking Via’s backside repeatedly.
“Waaaaah!” Via cried out in pain, kicking her legs wildly. Strangely, even though she was in so much pain, she remained obediently on my lap. She didn’t even dare to reach back to block.
“Um, Parul dear, what mistake did little Via commit to deserve such punishment?” Jayad asked, though he was watching with excitement, he also felt a pang of pity. He was also puzzled as to why Parul was so angry.
“It’s nothing, just some loose talk during the Ritual,” I said, using it as an opportunity to discipline Via and teach her about hierarchy and rules so she wouldn’t get too mischievous and cause trouble.
“Get down. Since Older Brother Jayad is back, I’ll let you off today.” I stopped the punishment and pushed Via off my lap. She immediately covered her rear and gently rubbed it, not daring to apply too much pressure.
“Go to the corner and stand there to reflect. Hands behind your head. You’re not allowed to pull your skirt down. Stand for one hour,” I said, rubbing my hand, which was sore from hitting.
“Yes, Sister Parul.” Via naturally didn’t dare to defy me. She obediently walked to the corner, put her hands behind her head, faced the wall, and continued to sob softly.
“Parul, there’s no need to be so strict,” Jayad said, looking at Via’s bright red bottom in the corner. He swallowed, finding it rather tempting.
“I still need to remind her from time to time who the Master is, otherwise she’ll start climbing the roof and tearing down the tiles,” I said. After this lesson, Via should be well-behaved for a long time.
Of course, I was already being very gentle. Compared to the punishments common among vampires, such as being sealed in a coffin for decades, impaled with knives on a Cross, or confined in a wooden bucket with a hole to be exposed to the sun, this was very light, even carrying a hint of playful interaction.
It was also a case of “killing the chicken to scare the monkeys.” Although I believed Lorna and Sherris were well-behaved children and wouldn’t do anything out of line, I still wanted to remind them of the consequences if they made mistakes. Their current expressions showed that the effect was quite good.
As the number of girls in the house increases, distinguishing status and rules is also very important. Older Brother Jayad is the highest. I am Older Brother Jayad’s most important younger sister and must never make a mistake. Yes.
