The support device’s bombardment magic.
“Keep firing like crazy!”
“And what’s with that giant knight?!”
Normally, why would you deploy such excessive combat power in a place nobody even visits?!
“They’re insane!”
*DODON!*
The magic is wind.
When it hit the trees, they were blown apart, roots and all.
Even with McGillis’s physical abilities, getting hit by that would turn him into minced meat.
“How long do you plan to keep firing?!”
I’m retreating to the fortress at full speed.
If that’s the case, I’ll use the stolen knight too!
It’s not repaired yet, but if something that big comes near the fortress.
“My wives will be turned into minced meat. I won’t let that happen!”
McGillis, while muttering curses at the bombardment magic of the large knight piloted by the guard captain, heads towards the giant tree where he’s hiding the stolen knight. Meanwhile, inside the fortress, explosions and tremors from the bombardment rock the place. As a Dark Tribe member, the death trauma etched into their blood causes pandemonium within the fortress. It’s an incident of gunfire from the Megias Annihilation Force. Many allies were shot dead. Whenever they heard that *donk* or *pababa* sound, an ally would lie there, cold and still. According to the owner, it was called death. Dying meant you couldn’t feel pleasure, nor could you put your dick in a hole. “I don’t want that. I don’t want to die.” In the basement of the sturdy building within the fortress, they muttered like curses, embracing each other to avoid feeling the fear of death, and men began having sex with men. The sexual activity spread, and the basement gradually turned from fear to moans seeking pleasure. The moans became louder than the *donk* and *zudoon* sounds from outside. The large knight’s possessed magic power was halved, and the bombardment stopped. Someone noticed the noise outside had ceased.
“Ah~♥”
“Ah~♥”
The pleasant stimulation surging through their bodies made everything else irrelevant. Wanting to give pleasure to others, they reached out with their tongues and hands towards the sensitive parts of those nearby.
“Hmm? Everyone stop!”
“Captain? What’s wrong?”
“Did something happen? Did you strike down the escaped sinner with that bombardment?”
“The fortress is… there. And there are an unquantifiable number of heat sources inside the fortress. !! The heat from the heat sources is rising?! Everyone, take cover in the nearby bushes!”
” ” ” Wh-what?!” ”
The large knight has been strengthened with various additional devices. Even if the small knight McGillis is attempting to pilot was in perfect condition, there’s a performance gap that cannot be bridged.
“…Is this… an attack?”
The captain, wary of the sudden rise in heat signatures detected by his sensors, had been on guard for an attack. However, it was actually the heat generated by the Dark Tribe’s frenzied, same-sex copulation.
“No, could that itself be… a trap?”
Without using an external generator, the captain, alone in the pilot’s seat, desperately tries to decipher the intentions of the force he believes to be the enemy, located on McGillis’s path towards the fortress. A wrong judgment could lead to great sacrifices for his subordinates. Even with our large knight, the enemy is plotting something within the fortress. What if the heat source currently detected by the sensors is a decoy to lure us?
“Hmmmm~~~~”
I don’t understand. How did the sinner even know there was an armed force here? Before coming to Gallons Pay? Or after being captured by our guard unit?
“Damn it. Do I have to go alone to check the situation…?”
The captain instructs his subordinates to wait there and maintain surveillance of the surroundings.
“I’m going to check the situation.”
“You’re not hogging the glory alone, are you?”
“Idiot! The captain is worried about our lives… right?”
Without answering his subordinates’ questions, the captain operates the large knight’s legs. The sensors alarm with a magic reaction to the right.
“Hmm. That… is a knight?! I don’t know who it belongs to, but it’s definitely working with the escaped sinner.”
Through the knight’s eyes, the stolen small knight looked battered. Was it to hide it in the forest? It appeared to be crudely painted with green liquid and leaves.
“The stolen knight has appeared! Everyone! Prepare for anti-knight combat! Don’t let your guard down or you’ll die!”
The captain rapidly approaches the enemy knight. Kicking aside trees, he charges forward with his large two-handed greatsword.
“Oh, boy.”
McGillis, sitting in the pilot’s seat of the opposing small knight, feels his motivation plummet upon seeing the large knight’s charge, wondering if he could perhaps lure it.
*Clang, clang.*
Retreating without showing his back to the enemy. Trees obstruct his retreat. But he forcibly breaks through them, putting a strain on his lower body to lure the enemy away from the fortress. He might consider using wind magic engraving for a big jump to escape, but that’s a last resort. As the guard captain pointed out, this small knight is already in bad shape. A great jump would put too much stress on its legs upon landing. In the worst-case scenario, its legs could break, and it would be defenselessly torn apart by the enemy knight.
“Ah, too late. Too late.”
While McGillis takes one or two steps back, the guard captain closes in four or five steps. In a few more minutes, he’ll be within attack range.
“Is this it?”
“KYYYYYEEEIIII!”
“BIG JUMP!”
“Ngh?!”
The guard captain’s full-force thrust. McGillis reluctantly makes a great jump into the sky. The landing point, to move away from the fortress, is in the opposite direction.
“You won’t escape!”
The guard captain anticipates McGillis’s landing point and intends to swing his greatsword, like hitting a falling ball.
“Fuhhnnnuuuuuurrrrrrrraaaaaa!”
McGillis, re-manifesting in the small knight, pours all of his remaining possessed magic power into the wind magic engraving on his lower body, no, he slams it in.
“What!?”
*BWOON!!*
Perfect hit. That’s what it should have been, but the deceleration was unexpected. The ball (small knight) escaped the swing of the bat (greatsword).
“Guhbeba. GROOOOAAAR”
“You! What kind of piloting is that! Damn it, stop rolling around! Stop it already!”
A clumsy landing. Cracks appear on both of the small knight’s legs. It can no longer stand. Perhaps because of this, Rayos rolls with the small knight, entangling trees, to escape the large knight’s greatsword. The forest is devastated. The small animals, having finally returned? to their resting place, make a mad dash. The guard unit gets caught in the wave. The outer wall of the fortress is made of two sturdy logs. Even if small animals charge, they’ll only dent the surface slightly. Only birds that can fly can get inside.
“Gyaaahhh!”
“Pugyuu! CoooN! Jijii!”
Chaos. Utter chaos. The guard unit and the small animals rushing across the ground collide.
“Tch.”
Hearing the screams and struggles of his subordinates, the guard captain desperately maneuvers the controls, needing to quickly finish off the enemy machine in front of him.
“Hahaha. Am I someone you should be dealing with? My subordinates are struggling, you know~?”
“Shut up, thief!”
Rayos taunts the enemy machine’s pilot, the guard captain, hoping to make the enemy machine’s pilot’s fierce attack falter even for a moment. But it’s like adding fuel to the fire, a raging inferno. The enemy machine’s pilot, the guard captain, does not ease up on the attack at all, continuing to swing the greatsword with all his might.
“How much possessed magic power do you even have?!”
“GROOOOOOOOOOAAAAAARRRR!”
Rayos sarcastically remarks that it’s truly a large knight, enduring until the enemy knight’s possessed magic power is depleted. Just then. A reconnaissance plane from the third party, Branch 408, flies overhead.
” ” ! A newcomer?!” ”
Both stop moving. Then, they create distance between themselves, as if to separate. And they follow the airborne object, the unknown transport, with their eyes.
