Chapter 121: The Finishing Blow
After their bath, the two returned to the room.
Xi Wei could tell that Loli herself wasn’t entirely sure how far things were supposed to go—perhaps Mrs. Chris had deemed her too young to explain in greater detail.
In any case, they had managed to muddle through this round.
But it wouldn’t hold for long…
He needed to find a way to improve Loli’s constitution. Either that or wait for her to grow a little more.
“Master~ Can Loli really have a baby with you?”
Having fulfilled her greatest wish, Loli still seemed unable to believe it, so she asked Xi Wei for confirmation again.
“Of course. Babies? We’ll fill the entire castle with them~”
Receiving his firm answer, Loli smiled sweetly, puckering her soft, rosy lips before happily clinging to Xi Wei’s neck and planting several kisses. Only after leaving a trail of marks did she finally grow tired, curling up in his arms and drifting off to sleep.
Xi Wei lovingly stroked the little maid’s smooth, delicate back, ensuring she could rest comfortably.
Yet his mind was already working—he’d have to keep coaxing her for a while longer. Her body was still too fragile; just this much had exhausted her. If they truly went all the way, she wouldn’t be able to handle it.
He couldn’t very well use Healing while making babies. And even then, the spell wouldn’t erase her physical pain and fatigue.
Better to wait a little longer…
Xi Wei stared blankly at the crystal chandelier overhead. If looks could kill, that lamp would’ve exploded long ago.
Sleep refused to come.
The bright moonlight by the window dimmed momentarily as the curtains fluttered.
Accompanied by a wave of intoxicating fragrance—distinct from Loli’s—Xi Wei felt his arm enveloped in something soft and warm.
It was Ruo Yi. The fox-eared girl was launching another nighttime assault.
She bore no small responsibility for Loli’s current state today.
Annoyed, Xi Wei glared at the blushing but determined fox-eared girl pressed against him. Raising a large hand, he gave her backside a light *smack*.
“Eep~”
Ruo Yi let out a delicate whimper, her fair, tender body wriggling in protest. A flush spread rapidly from her neck to her cheeks.
That slap triggered a flood of memories—the domineering kiss in Dawn Town, the youthful infatuation in her nightmares blossoming into a storm of passion. Though repetitive, each memory was vivid and real.
They had risen together, cooked together, played together, gazed at the stars together.
She had told him he was the gentlest mystery in the galaxy, the full moon residing quietly in her heart, the brightest rainbow behind storm clouds.
She had indeed loved and known him, had been thoroughly claimed by him, melted into his being.
Driven by overwhelming emotion, the version of him she had imagined in her nightmares—the one she had loved a thousand times—merged with the real man before her now.
Ruo Yi grew dazed, her mind foggy, unsure if she was dreaming or awake.
Though shyness and restraint lingered in her heart, they were no match for the intensity of her feelings.
She wanted to love Xi Wei passionately, just as she had in her dreams.
To relive everything they had done in those nightmares.
And to complete the ending she had failed to achieve even after a thousand attempts.
She wanted to be his bride, if only for a moment.
Suddenly, a surge of courage filled the fox-eared girl’s heart.
Her gaze softened as she looked at Xi Wei, biting her lip shyly, her eyes burning with heat. Her slender arms tightened around him.
Unaware that a single slap had set off this chain reaction, Xi Wei froze—one wrong move, and disaster would strike.
But his stillness didn’t deter Ruo Yi.
After today’s “discussion” with Loli, she had seen through the little maid’s bluster.
Loli was simply afraid of losing her master, hence the hostility. But Ruo Yi would never take him away.
She only wanted a tiny piece of him—just a sliver. After all, the Cain Continent didn’t enforce monogamy.
In such a kingdom, not only kings and emperors but even high-ranking nobles could have multiple women.
She and Loli had already reached a tentative agreement: during nighttime cuddles, Loli would claim two-thirds of Xi Wei, while Ruo Yi would take the remaining third.
Now, with Loli’s unexpected cooperation, Ruo Yi’s last hesitation vanished.
Her love burned like flames, melting her even as it sought to melt the man she adored.
Ruo Yi shifted closer, her gaze fixed on Xi Wei’s face as if he might disappear at any moment.
Gently pressing her lips to his ear, her warm breath teased his nerves as she whispered, trembling with longing:
“Love me… please…”
Under the moonlight, her blue-gold eyes shimmered with allure, her cheeks flushed with shyness. She nibbled her lip lightly before tugging her oversized nightgown down slightly, revealing a slender, fair neck and smooth, enticing shoulders.
“You like this, don’t you…?”
As she spoke, she guided Xi Wei’s large hand to her soft waist, slow but firm.
Xi Wei’s scalp tingled. This was bad. He shut his eyes immediately, feigning sleep.
*”Snore… zzzzzz…”*
