**Chapter 631: Inside and Outside the Crystal Wall System**

The creator of the Cain World.
The Cain Will, born from the collective will of all beings in the Cain World, is her daughter.
During the first timeline, Ouranos was still in slumber, recovering from the消耗 of creation.

To ensure the survival of the Cain World in the second timeline, she chose a being from the invading Blue Star world whose destiny she could not fathom.
This person was the current Xi Wei.
Furthermore, to aid Xi Wei in his growth, Ouranos stole some knowledge from the Blue Star and established a system using the residual soul of a cruel lord from a previous timeline as a fusion medium, leaving behind a part of her will within it.
This will was initially dominated by the residual lord’s soul, until later, when the sub-will grew powerful enough to replace the soul.
Currently, the Cain Will remains in slumber, with no clear end in sight.
The world is like a machine missing its administrator, processing information in the most rigid and simplistic manner. Xi Wei, reincarnated with a Blue Star soul, is like a virus that is easily expelled if it deviates even slightly from normalcy.
Therefore, she provided Xi Wei with an initial modifier: the Villain System.
The Villain System imposed various restrictions on Xi Wei, aiming to maintain the stability of the timeline and ensure Xi Wei’s complete integration into the Cain World, transforming him from a being suspected of being an outsider into an indigenous one.
This way, he wouldn’t be purged by the world and would also prevent him from being targeted by the Blue Star Will and perishing prematurely.
Ouranos was also in a helpless situation.
After creating the Cain World, her power was almost exhausted, and she had already transferred all authority to the Cain Will.

Ouranos was also a player.

Ouranos blinked her dragon eyes, which were enveloped in a colorful glow. The half-dragon tail floated before her.
With the Old Ones being blocked outside the Crystal Wall System, they could only temporarily influence Cain’s time by emitting a fluctuation through the Crystal Wall System, corrupting the creatures of the Cain World in this sordid manner.
Ouranos frequently took samples of these infected entities from the Cain World to analyze their power, but all her attempts had failed.
The power of the Old Ones was like a tangled ball of yarn soaked in ash, making it impossible to discern any pattern.
However, things seemed different these past few days.
It was said that dragons were legendary creatures created based on her form. The Old Ones’ corruption had not infiltrated their souls, and the seemingly chaotic rules now appeared to have some discernible pattern.
“Perhaps I can decipher these rules and create a rule-based item specifically targeting the Old Ones’ power, and then bestow it upon Xi Wei? Or, go a step further and infuse the entire Cain Crystal Wall System with a rule that possesses resistance?”
Such thoughts filled Ouranos with renewed vigor.
In fact, she had already taken a series of measures to counter the Old Ones.
For example, guiding Xi Wei to win over the Chosen Ones. These Chosen Ones, protected by the dual layers of the world’s Crystal Wall System, were invaluable weapons against the Old Ones’ retainers. Moreover, although the Blue Star Will was constantly acting sneakily and even merging with the Abyss Will, in a sense, it was strengthening its own world’s Crystal Wall System.
