The cruel reality was starkly different from their initial battle plan; it was a world of difference.
“Tie Ao, if you have the guts, don’t you dare run!” Chu Yun boomed, striding forward with his giant Drunken Snow Saber. Having cleared the obstacles in his path, he was in hot pursuit.
“I’ll stop him!” a female general cried out, staying behind to impede the enemy. Her figure was graceful, her gaze towards Chu Yun venomous. She held a Man-Faced pipa, her delicate fingers plucking at the strings with lightning speed.
*Zing, zing, zing…*
The sounds of clashing swords and horses transformed into invisible sonic blades, cleaving the air with extreme sharpness. They struck Chu Yun’s Fire Element True Body, erupting in bursts of flames.
“Snow Fang Sky Charge!” Chu Yun flicked his saber, unleashing a massive crescent blade, like a translucent ice crystal, imbued with a terrifying power that tore through the sky and earth. With a thunderous roar, it struck the female general.
