The Fu Du Bi Hu and the Mo Tian Zi Jiu exchanged a glance before looking at the Cloudwing Tiger.
The tigress explained, and Chu Yun finally understood: “So that’s how it is. The Ten Thousand Beasts King’s true intention was this.”
He had always found it unreasonable that the Ten Thousand Beasts King had hidden the eight crucial inheritance treasures within eight powerful Demonic Beast tribes.
Opening the bronze treasure chest right under the noses of these Tribulation Demons, without being noticed, was an incredibly difficult task.
If he hadn’t happened to encounter the two major Tribulation Demons leaving their lairs on their own, even ten Chu Yuns wouldn’t have been able to overcome this predicament.

“But I didn’t pass their trial; I opened the treasure chest on my own. Does that count?” Chu Yun asked doubtfully.
“Of course, it counts!” the Mo Tian Zi Jiu, kneeling on the ground, exclaimed immediately. “Your performance was so outstanding it left us speechless. The old master deliberately didn’t explain clearly, wanting the inheritor to try first. If they failed, then we, the guardian Demonic Beasts, would intervene. We never expected you, our new master, to succeed so quickly!”
“We were foolish, blinded by anger. “Isn’t that why I’m here?” The tigress slapped her thigh. “The trial has arrived. What is one plus one?”
“Two,” Chu Yun blurted out instinctively.
“Trial passed!” The tigress’s eyes welled up with tears, filled with emotion.
Everyone was dumbfounded.

The gazes of the women towards Chu Yun were dazed. He had subdued three Tribulation Demons just like that?
