Section 79: The Divine Power of the Supreme Immortal Pouch

The Supreme Immortal Pouch is fundamentally different from an Upper Grade Immortal Pouch. It is a completely independent world capable of self-circulation. Upper Grade Immortal Pouches, despite their vast space, cannot exist independently and must draw Vital Energy from the outside. If their space collapses, they are utterly destroyed.
Supreme Immortal Pouches, however, do not suffer this fate. Even if their space collapses, it merely reverts to the Sea of Chaos.
Only if the Sea of Chaos within is also subjected to a devastating blow will the Supreme Immortal Pouch disintegrate.
Yet, in this world, what means exist to obliterate the Sea of Chaos?
As far as Chu Yun can tell, there are absolutely none. Even Emperor level powerhouses lack such capabilities. As for Saint level beings, perhaps they might possess such power.
This means that unless a Saint level powerhouse intervenes, a Supreme Immortal Pouch cannot be destroyed.
Of course, being indestructible does not mean it cannot be stolen. The owner of a Supreme Immortal Pouch can change. This can be inferred from Chu Yun seizing the ownership of the Net of Law from the Immortal Pouch King when it was initially forged.
The true value of a Supreme Immortal Pouch lies within its Immortal Pouch World. This world possesses limitless potential for development. Theoretically, if it continues to develop, it will eventually surpass even Divine Treasury Worlds and Dragon Gate Worlds, becoming a colossal world akin to Xingzhou.
This Immortal Pouch World can not only provide the Immortal Pouch owner with abundant cultivation resources but also be used for combat.
With a mere tap of the Immortal Pouch, space expands, drawing enemies into the Immortal Pouch World. The owner of the Immortal Pouch transcends the Net of Law, effectively controlling the entire world. Their enemies will face endless heavenly tribulations and the onslaught of countless Demonic Creatures.
A Monster Tamer equipped with a Supreme Immortal Pouch possesses combat power that transcends worldly limitations. Utilizing an entire world for battle results in an immeasurable fighting strength that cannot be understood by conventional means.
This is the source of Chu Yun’s confidence in being able to contend with an Emperor.
Generally speaking, a Monster Tamer possessing a Supreme Immortal Pouch is at least an Emperor level powerhouse. In this regard, Chu Yun is an absolute exception. He has not even reached the peak of King level, possessing only a cultivation of the high-end King level, yet through a fortunate coincidence, he has acquired his own Supreme Immortal Pouch.
This grants him the combat power of a Quasi Emperor. As the Immortal Pouch World develops, this combat strength will continue to rise.
“Young Master Chu Yun, your current Immortal Pouch World is merely at the most basic of foundations. The entire set of Demonic Creature Battle Formations has only been developed to the Seven Star Battle Formation. The Eight Trigrams Battle Formation, Nine Palaces Battle Formation, and Ten Directions Battle Formation still need to be established. Only upon their complete establishment can it be considered a nascent world, with Yin and Yang in harmony, the four seasons alternating, and Vital Energy no longer volatile. At that point, you can migrate some Demonic Beasts and Demonic Plants to reproduce and thrive.”
Fairy Xingyu paused before continuing: “When the Immortal Pouch World develops to an intermediate level, the Vital Energy will become gentle, allowing for the migration of humans without fear of their fragile bodies succumbing to the erosion of Vital Energy. However, all this is merely conventional wisdom. The world is vast and full of wonders. Some Demonic Creatures can be migrated into the Immortal Pouch World in advance, such as the Rainbow Demons before us.”
Fairy Xingyu’s words were like a sudden awakening.
Chu Yun slapped his forehead, his eyes shining brightly. “That’s right! The reason we can’t migrate Demonic Creatures is because their growth requires various resources. For instance, Demonic Plants need sunlight, dew, air, earth, and Vital Energy. My current Immortal Pouch World has earth and a semblance of sunlight, but the air is extremely thin, and the Vital Energy is very volatile. Only a few individual Demonic Creatures can survive in such extreme conditions.”
“Therefore, mass transplantation is impossible, let alone those that prey on other Demonic Creatures. However, Rainbow Demons are extremely special. They require no food, surviving and multiplying as long as there is light and Vital Energy. Furthermore, they are incredibly prolific, reproducing through fission. In Xingzhou, what could be more suitable for migration into my Immortal Pouch World than them?”
With this thought, Chu Yun no longer hesitated. He gently tapped the Supreme Immortal Pouch at his waist, revealing a gap.
A powerful suction force immediately emanated. The Rainbow Demons approaching were instantly drawn in, flowing into the Immortal Pouch World with a rustling sound.
A vast number of Red Rainbow Demons poured into the Immortal Pouch World, immediately bringing a splash of vibrant color to the desolate and monotonous landscape.
As the master of the world, Chu Yun knew his Immortal Pouch World like the back of his hand. The Rainbow Demons had initially gathered together, making it impossible to distinguish their types. However, upon entering the Immortal Pouch World, Chu Yun instantly knew his haul: in just a moment, he had acquired over three hundred Great Demons, over a thousand Lesser Demons, over five thousand young demons, and more than fifty Spirit Monsters.
This was an astonishing harvest.
Chu Yun couldn’t help but recall his first encounter on Rainbow Island. Back then, he had expended great effort to subdue a single Colorless Rainbow Demon. Now, with a single Immortal Pouch, hundreds and thousands of Rainbow Demons were captured with effortless ease!
“The cause of this effect is the Supreme Immortal Pouch. Without it, even if I were at the peak of King level and possessed seventeen or eighteen Upper Grade Immortal Pouches, I wouldn’t have this efficiency. It seems that once a Monster Tamer obtains a Supreme Immortal Pouch, they ascend to heaven in a single step. This is a tremendous qualitative leap!” Chu Yun was filled with emotion.
However, Fairy Xingyu, standing by, quietly knitted her brows. “Young Master Chu Yun, you cannot simply capture them all indiscriminately. Young and Lesser tier Rainbow Demons have a very high demand for sunlight. They require sunlight and Vital Energy to cultivate and grow. Only when they reach the Great Demon tier does their need for sunlight decrease. At the Spirit Monster tier, they internalize their radiance, absorbing Vital Energy while emitting a faint glow.”
Without her needing to say it, Chu Yun had been closely observing the Immortal Pouch World. He had already noticed that as the Red Rainbow Demons were being absorbed, the faint light within the Immortal Pouch World was being heavily consumed, causing the entire world to grow darker.
The source of light in the Immortal Pouch World was the Primordial Golden Body Armor at the Yang Array’s core within the Two Forms Battle Formation. It was already less potent than its counterpart, the Netherworld Umbrella. Now, with this disturbance, the fragile balance was immediately broken. The previously brilliant golden radiance had shrunk considerably, now only a tenth of the size of the Yin clouds.
This change directly impacted the balance of Yin and Yang.
Yin and Yang, the Two Forms, were factors second only to the primordial chaos in the Immortal Pouch World. Chu Yun had first constructed the Primeval Yang Battle Formation, and the second was the Two Forms Battle Formation.
When the Yin and Yang balance is disrupted, it is as if the very foundation of the structure is shaking. The entire Immortal Pouch World began to sway, the ground cracking open, the sky trembling, and the Six Desires Heart Demon Scorpion was forced to reveal itself.
“My Immortal Pouch World is still too primitive. It cannot withstand the migration of even a slightly larger number of Demonic Creatures, triggering world instability. If this continues without intervention, the space I painstakingly built will collapse. Simultaneously, these Innate Demonic Creatures will suffer backlash and severe injuries,” Chu Yun sighed, quickly stopping the collection process. He then concentrated on sifting out the Lesser tier and young demons from the Red Rainbow Demons.
A moment later, only Spirit Monsters and Great Demons among the Red Rainbow Demons remained in his world, totaling about four hundred individuals.
Chu Yun let out a sigh of relief, wiping the sweat from his brow. The Immortal Pouch World had stabilized, but the golden radiance was still somewhat dim. This was because the number of Great Demons among the Red Rainbow Demons far outnumbered the Spirit Monsters, their demand for sunlight as a resource exceeding the supply.
“This way, although I can capture Rainbow Demons with extreme ease, each time I have to spend more than ten times the effort to sift out and send away the Lesser and young demons. Over time, the mental toll on me is significant. It would be wonderful if I could directly collect only Spirit and Great Demon tier Red Rainbow Demons. Unfortunately, I have not truly mastered all the laws, and my control is not precise enough,” Chu Yun lamented with disappointment.
Before him lay vast numbers of Rainbow Demons, yet due to his limitations, he could not collect them to his heart’s content. It was like watching mountains of gold and seas of silver drift away before his eyes.
“Hehehe, Chu Yun, you’re unaware. It is entirely possible to achieve that. I have a good method here.” Wine King, who had been observing from the ship’s deck, let out a hearty laugh upon hearing Chu Yun’s sigh.
“Oh? What method?”
Seeing Chu Yun’s anxious expression, Wine King dispensed with any further preamble. “We can fully utilize the habits of Rainbow Demons. Rainbow Demons have very few external needs; as long as they have sufficient sunlight and Vital Energy, they can increase their cultivation. However, besides these two, Rainbow Demons also love the treasure light emitted by rare and exotic treasures. They are fond of absorbing this treasure light because it directly enhances their quality.”
Chu Yun’s eyes lit up. Although he possessed memories of his past life, he was unaware of this hidden habit of Rainbow Demons. Xingzhou was too vast, and Demonic Creatures were countless and innumerable. Many Demonic Creatures had little-known habits, and it was normal for Chu Yun not to know them all.
However, he was aware of the existence of “treasure light.” Any valuable item constantly emitted a kind of treasure light. Ordinary people could not see this treasure light, except perhaps for ancient treasures buried for years that, upon their discovery, would erupt with visible treasure light.
Besides this, the method to observe treasure light is with treasure light eyes. Xiao Xiaoxian possessed such eyes, created by the spiritual energy feedback from a treasure-hunting rat.
Sometimes, problems are solved by changing one’s perspective.
Knowing this habit of Rainbow Demons, Chu Yun did not focus on the Supreme Immortal Pouch itself. Instead, he directly borrowed a Supreme grade Demonic Beast Egg from Wine King and held it in his hand.
The value of a Supreme grade Demonic Beast Egg was self-evident. Although Chu Yun could not see its treasure light, he absolutely believed in its brilliance.
Indeed.
Shortly after it was brought out, three Red Rainbow Demons voluntarily leaped from the Rainbow Bridge, onto the Blissful Joy Ship, and rushed towards the Demonic Beast Egg in Chu Yun’s hand.
These Rainbow Demons were all Spirit Monster tier. No Great Demon dared to compete with them.
Chu Yun immediately opened his Immortal Pouch, aimed it at them, and unleashed a suction force. In an instant, he absorbed them all!
