The Dark Butterfly could be considered a lone wolf; although she had organizational affiliation, the Polar Night organization kept to the rules and did not have a hostile relationship with the Magic Department.

He tried to ambush me with Poison Fog after realizing he couldn’t win, but I managed to intercept it,” Luo Shuangyue handed the Sealing Card she had created to Monise. “I suspect it contains the highly toxic essence of Snake Fang’s leader. If I can absorb it, I will have every confidence in dealing with this group of intruders.”
Monise took the card and examined it, silently giving Luo Shuangyue a thumbs up.

With a swish of her lab coat, Monise walked briskly, leading Luo Shuangyue into the core area of the Polar Night base. If there was a place safest within the base, it was undoubtedly here.
